The house is BEAUTIFUL! The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was great. We enjoyed the location and the included golf cart. This house is a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and shops. A few negatives…1. We paid for the pool to be heated and it never really got hot. Maybe luke warm at best. I asked beforehand what the temperature would be when heated and they said 98. When we called informing them that the pool was cold when we arrived they sent someone out the following morning and he said the highest he could set it for was 96. There’s no way it ever made it above 90. We were not reimbursed anything. Not even the first day when it was clearly not heated. 2. Part of renting a house with a pool is to be able to lay out and get some sun. You get a FEW hours of sun in the early afternoon and then the pool is completely shaded by the house. While the house is pretty and big it shades the entire backyard. 3. The bunk bed sheets in the downstairs bedroom had not been changed. The first night my daughter got in and complained of crumbs and sand and sure enough the bed was covered in both. Only 1 of the bunk beds had fresh sheets. We liked the house but will probably look for a different one for our next trip.
