Our home, adorned with coastal decor, invites you to live the beach life you've always dreamed of. The first floor boasts three spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Start your mornings at the coffee bar before stepping out to the large porch to enjoy the fresh sea breeze.
The second level features a secluded master bedroom with an ensuite bath and a private balcony — your retreat within this paradise. To make your stay even more convenient, two sets of washers/dryers are at your disposal.
The heart of Lazy Seas lies on the third level, where natural light floods the open-plan living area. A chef's dream kitchen awaits, fully equipped with stainless appliances, dual sinks, and ample space for culinary exploration. The adjacent living and dining areas provide a cozy setting for family dinners or movie nights.

  • 2 Huge resort-style pools (1 family-friendly & 1 adult only) – Hours: Sunrise to 10 pm, smaller one heated during cold months.

  • Kids area w/ books, games & TV located at the pool pavilion

  • Chair and Umbrella rentals

  • Trailers/boats are not allowed on the property.  Violation of this could result in it being towed.
  • Sunflower Beach Resort is a growing community w/ active construction Mon – to Friday 7 am to 7 pm
  • Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID checked upon check-in.
