Enjoy the stunning full ocean view from this newly refreshed second-floor, two-bedroom, two-full-bath unit. Updated coastal décor keeps you in a relaxed vacation mindset throughout your stay.
The stylish kitchen has all the appliances, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils; you will need to prepare your meals. Granite countertops make the area bright and clean, and a beautiful backsplash shows off the space. The wide island bar seats four. Nearby, a matching table seats two for a more intimate meal.
Pass into the living room to lounge on the comfy nautical sofa or one of two accent chairs, all of which have gorgeous views of the waves rolling in through the huge bay window, and on those evenings when you want a little ambiance, an electric fireplace adds coziness. There is a large, flat-screen TV so you don’t miss your favorite movies or sports with cable and Roku equipped for streaming all your favorite apps. The unit boasts Wi-Fi for streaming and working remotely. Gaze out at the Gulf through the large windows.
You can step onto the private balcony with several seating options to enjoy listening to waves under the moonlight, watching fireflies flicker in the dunes, or enjoying a gorgeous sunrise with that perfect cup of coffee, brewed at the quaint coffee bar inside. From this special patio, you can see a full view of the ocean past the swaying palm trees and rolling dunes.
The master bedroom (BR1) has a luxurious King bed with crisp linens and calming coastal colors to help you unwind, a chest of drawers for your beach attire, a flat-screen TV, and of course a large window. The ensuite bathroom has double vanities/sinks as well as a walk-in tile shower. Beautiful tiles and granite make the space luxurious.
The second bedroom (BR2), is painted in warm white hues, has a twin over a double bed bunk with a twin trundle underneath. as well as a second twin over twin bunk. The entire unit sleeps 8 comfortably.  There's also a chest of drawers, a flat-screen TV with Roku, and a bay window that looks out to the Gulf. The second hallway bathroom is upgraded with tile and granite and a tile tub/shower combination.
All TV's in this unit are equipped with Roku.
Ceramic tiles and ceiling fans throughout the condo keep it cool no matter the weather outside.

Condo was clean and furnished nicely. King bed was very comfortable. Large master bath with plenty of storage. It was nice to have the coffee bar with the Keurig. Wonderful view from the great chairs on balcony. Definitely would stay there again.

Everything was great about our stay. We were able to check in a bit early and received easy communication regarding key code. The unit was nicely stocked with towels and essentials. The condo was very clean and did not have that “beach” smell you sometimes get. The personnel that was staffed also addressed any questions or needs we had. The condo provided a quiet stay as well.

We had 2 small families stay in this condo and it was very roomy. Everything was very clean. I loved how they provided many towels and not just 2 per bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Extra fans was also a great perk. Amenities were awesome and clean. We plan to book again on our next visit.

Life in Paracise is a terrific property manager! We arrived on Port Aransas before our 4 o'clock checkin time and called Life in Paradise. They checked on the our propertty, said it would be ready early and that they would call me. They did call and send me the door code at 2:30pm! The property was verry clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The reason we stayed at that location is the view of the gulf from our balcony. Perfect setting.

You can go wrong with this place, have been staying here since I could barely walk, now at 37 it has the same great family feel with updated modern rooms. Price is always great and we always have a great time here. Highly recommend!

We stayed in IR105 and it was perfection! Great views, clean rooms and friendly staff. The unit had everything we needed and the large pool and pickle ball court were a hit with my kids. We enjoyed everything about our stay and the security of being in a semi private area where people could not just drive in and out without being guests. Everything was well maintained and we will definitely be looking into another vacation in one of these units. In my initial reservation I had made mistakes on my dates, but the friendly staff at Life in Paradise were understanding and able to help me to change the dates and find this available unit. My kids and I had a wonderful time and we will be back in the future.
