This is a brand new, adorable home on stilts located in town within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. There is ample parking for 4 vehicles or a watercraft and golf cart. Enjoy sipping your morning cup of coffee in the island breeze of the front balcony or just cooling off from a day of fishing. Walk inside to the open area floorplan for all guests to gather. The living room has two futons, which fold out to sleepers, and two accent chairs, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs. The dining table has seating for 4. Bedroom 1 (BR1) has a Queen-sized bed, nightstand, accent chair, chest for your beach attire, and a TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The second bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, dresser, and nightstand. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The washer and dryer are neatly tucked away in the hallway. This home is conveniently located 0.2 miles from restaurants, shops, and bars. 0.8 miles to the Beach, and 0.7 miles to the Marina.

Great location, perfect for small families. We have stayed in many Life in Paradise managed homes and have had great success. This one however missed the mark a little with no sponge for cleaning dishes and could use a better cleaning job overall. The futons in the living room are nice for added sleeping space (which we didn't need this trip) however, I think the living room furniture could be updated to be more comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower and covered space under the home. I agree with others reviews that more lamps in the living area and bedroom(s) would be a great addition to the space.

The house at 227 Brown St. was the perfect size for 2 people. It was close to restaurants and shops so we could walk instead of drive. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The underhouse parking was very good. The kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking and all appliances worked well. The AC and furnace kept us comfortable. The showers heated up quickly and were good.There needs to be more lighting in the living room. Perhaps another lamp. Also the grill downstairs was on its last legs and was quite rusted out. We only used it once.We enjoyed the front porch as well as the chairs out there.Life in Paradise was responsive to our needs and we will recommend them to others in the future.
