Townhome located at The Commons at Seashell. This is a great location to rent one or more units for family reunions, retreats, and gatherings of friends. Pull up in the open parking area at the Commons complex and follow a short path toward your unit. A small sitting area outside your front door offers a shady spot to read and relax. And it is just steps away from the large, shared pool, hammock, picnic, and grilling area. Each unit has its own outdoor shower for rinsing off. Walk straight into an open living area with a relaxed beachside vibe. A large sectional and 3 vibrantly matching accent chairs sit before a flat-screen TV. Beside the living room, there’s plenty of space to enjoy dinner at a wood dining table with seating for 8. Additional seating for 2 at the bar. The half bathroom with a single sink vanity is to the right of the room. Overlooking the dining area, a full kitchen features granite countertops, and white appliances, including a dishwasher, electric stove-oven, coffee maker, and microwave. Bright purple cupboards are stocked with utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, pots, and pans – everything needed to meet your culinary needs after a day at the beach. From here, hardwood stairs lead up to the condo’s 3 breezy bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, a master bedroom (BR1) is furnished with a queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, a closet for your beach attire, wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo. Perfect for kids, a second bedroom (BR3) has a set of full bunk beds. Just next door, everyone can freshen up in a shared bathroom with a coastal theme and a stand-up shower. At the end of the upstairs hallway, a bright third bedroom (BR2) has a queen-size bed, 2-night stands, and a closet. The stackable washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in the upstairs hall closet. Approximately four blocks from the beach.

We found the townhome very comfortable and more spacious than we initially believed. It was very clean and had close access to the beach. It was nice having the pool close by and accessible. We'd look at this property and others in this complex in the future.

Our family stayed at the Commons8/7 thru 8/11, and had a wonderful experience. The only thing they mentioned was the extremely slow sink drainage (maybe need some Drano);but other than that the condo met my expectations as well. We live across the street on Palimino and this was perfect. Also, the cart we rented was great; early on the rear view mirror fell off due to rust (we deal with that all the time) and the cart was replaced immediately. All in all a wonderful experience. We'll do it again, I am sure!!

Was exactly as described and was perfect for what we wanted. Fit our family with two youngsters on the bunk beds and my parents in the third room perfectly. Only issue was the front left burner on the stove that got way too hot. But we had everything we needed and check in and out was a breeze.

A group of gal pals and I rented this place for a quick girls weekend and it did not disappoint! It had plenty of room for everyone, beds were comfortable and super easy access to the beach. There were not a ton of cooking supplies, but the basics were definitely covered. If you’re needing something specific (and no pantry staples were included either) I would bring it with you. If you’re just looking for a place to lounge, relax and head to this beach then this place is for you! Parking passes were inside the rental when we arrived, the door code was sent to us the day of for entry, and the pool was easily accessed by all units. We had large parties staying on both sides of us and we could not hear a peep! The only negative I could say about this place is that it is not really 3 bedrooms. One “bedroom” is a TINY room with full size bunk beds (which are counted to sleep 2 per bed) with no closet and no window - making it not a bedroom. Other than that though, we all had a really great time! We would rent here again for sure.

Good Spot - Blocks from Beach

The location of this rental is good. It's just a few blocks from the beach. When we visited no cars or golf carts were allowed on the beach so parking was a pain; however, non COVID days I can see it being easy with a golf cart. We grilled out but found them not too clean, used aluminum foil which did the trick. The house was set up nicely. It didn't have all the kitchen supplies I would expect (i.e. blender, sheet pan), but we made do. The kids bunk bed room is small and the top bunk is close to the ceiling. My kids opted to sleep together in the lower bunk.

This rental was perfect! We rented a golfcart so it was easy to get to the beach & all the places in town we wanted to go. The swimming pool was a great place to go after the beach.

We weren't looking for a place with a pool but were so glad we had one. The beach wasn't great with 20mph winds and jellies in the water, so we often retreated to the pool. Well-maintained place and convenient location.

I would recommend this property. Pictures and descriptions overall match the place - just be aware the bunk bed room is tight with just beds so best for kids. We had one problem with a sink drain that management handled promptly. Location nice for 5 minute drive to the beach where you can park your car and unload your beach gear easily. Common area nice for larger family groups with kids.

Fun Beach Retreat

We hosted a family reunion for the first time at this property and it was perfect. The units are close to one another and there is a good amount of space for everyone to spend time together.
Also I have to add that everyone at life in paradise rentals was always so friendly and easy to work with. Which is always appreciated. I was apprehensive about it not being actually on the beach, but was pleased when I realized it really was just a quick ride down the road to get onto the sand. It is also convenient to restaurants and other amenities.

There were 2 adults and 5 13 year old girls and 2 dogs in our party. The condo was in nice condition: clean, well equipped, the decor was attractive. I really liked the layout. The downstairs area gave us all room to hang out. Our girls made cookies , while a couple others girls listened to music and we watched tv and we could all talk comfortabley with and amongst each other. The kids would go to the pool and back randomly.
There was an abundance of soft, clean white towels.
Upstairs were the bedrooms. The girls could stay up and hang out downstairs and we slept well upstairs. In the morning the girls would sleep in and we would cook or venture in and out without waking them.
The kitchen was fairly well equipped.
The beds were comfy and linens nice. They had plenty of extras just in case and the sofa downstairs converts to bed. The girls all fit in 2 rooms upstairs.
The water pressure was good. Everything worked well.
One really convenient thing was the door access was a key pad so we didn’t have to worry about who had a key- we just had to remember to make it lock when stepping out.
They LIP people offered us a 6 person cart to use with the first nights rental which was super convenient and fun. We kept it the second night too because it was so much better to get around in this little town with it- fun!

We loved our condo for Memorial weekend. I loved that the ALL the bedrooms were upstairs and everything else downstairs with a half bath. It made it perfect for the children and adults that wanted to go to bed early. We will stay here again.

We recently stayed at the Commons and will more than likely be back. Great location, small complex, great for families. Everything was new and up to date. Appliances and kitchen accessories were very abundant and nice. Beds were very comfortable. Office staff was very friendly from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The pictures are exactly what you get in the condo.
