Nueces Oasis is situated in the charming neighborhood of Mustang Royale which is right off of the Gulf of Mexico. It boasts ample parking and upper and lower outdoor sitting areas for relaxation and a new private pool. This spacious home is accommodating to a large group where most bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The bottom floor has an open floor plan. The full kitchen features a top of the line gas oven/cooktop, side by side refrigerator with ice/water, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, open bar to the adjoining dining room with 2 stools (on the dining area side), windows with plenty of natural lighting and granite countertops with plenty of space to meet all of your culinary needs. The dining area has a wood table with seating for 10 consisting of 4 chairs and two benches. Beside the dining is the living room has a couch, sofa and TV with Wi-Fi and cable. There is an Extra room that Doubles as a (BR4) bedroom/family room that is right off of the kitchen. It can be used as a quiet place to read, room for kids to play or for guests to sleep and a closet for extra clothes and beach accessories. It has a Full-size bed and a triple Twin bunk bed (3 Twins) and private access to the back patio. There is access to a large bathroom from this room and the hallway as well. The full bathroom has a vanity and a large, tile-trimmed walk-in shower with a glass door. Upstairs you will come up to a living area with a modern couch with a lounger on the end, loveseat and ottoman. This space also has access to the balcony. In the hallway, neatly tucked away in a closet, is a full-size washer and dryer. Guest room 1 (BR1) has 2 Queen size beds, a closet, nightstands and a TV. Guest bedroom 2 (BR2) has a Queen size bed nightstand, chest, wall-mounted TV, closet and private access to the back balcony. Both of these bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a tub. There is also an additional half bath in the hall for when guests are occupying the full bath. The master bedroom (BR3) has a King size bed, TV, dresser, nightstands, reclining chair, closet and private access to the balcony with outdoor seating. Enter into the ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a step-up jacuzzi tub. The backyard has a covered sitting area with a built-in gas grill. Cool off in the private pool (shared community pool closes at 10pm) or soak up the sun in a lounger. There is also access to the upper balcony by a separate outdoor stairwell. Enjoy the shared community pool and boardwalk to the beach from this quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful House, Great Location! We had a great fall break at Nueces Oasis. The house fit us comfortably and loved being able to rinse off with the out door shower and jump in pool to get all the salt and sand off.

This home was very nice and in a great location. The pool was amazing and the home has everything we needed. A few things didn't work but that didn't rain on our parade. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Id love to come and stay here again.

Could have used more bath towels. Front door does not close easily, needs to be pushed a little to catch so it doesn't blow open. Otherwise, very nice house, throughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was just right for our family vacation. The rental has all the amenities of a fine hotel: nice spacious kitchen and dining area, toiletries in each bathroom, and very comfortable beds and seating. We especially enjoyed the beach gear and golf cart provided for us which made trips to the beach very simple and fun. My family also enjoyed the private pool and nice bbq area with comfortable seating. A great all-around experience for us!

This is our second time staying here and we will be back again! This is a great spot for families... plenty of room and good bedrooms. My kids love it here. My daughter talks about the 3 level bunkbeds constantly!! The golf cart is a game changer and makes for a quick trip to the beach. Can't wait to go back!

Overall the Condo is wonderful. Be sure to bring our own salt, pepper, more paper towels. The main concern is the back step to go out to the pool. It is way too long of a step.

Really had a nice time .very nice place .was very easy to get everything and everybody to beach with golf cart.really enjoyed having own pool where grandkids could keep swimming once we got tired of being on the beach.would definitely recommend and will rent this place next time we go again.

Comfortable July 4th Weekend

This house was perfect for our July 4th weekend. As predicted, the beaches were crazy busy, so the private pool at the house was the perfect solution to hanging out all afternoon and relaxing. The property was also very clean and comfortable for our group. The property management was also communicative and answered all questions that I had. Finally, the massive dining table in the house is a bonus! We ate and played games throughout the weekend there.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the home in Mustang Royale. The home had a wonderful pool. The size of the home was perfect for our family. It is nicely decorated. We could all sit at the large dining table for meals and to celebrate two birthdays. We used the golf cart which made it easy to go back and forth to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk around in the evening. The boardwalk makes it easy to walk or ride the golf cart to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. We appreciate the great service provided by Life in Paradise.

Fabulous home. Great bedrooms and bathrooms, so much space, clean and lovely. The pool was so convenient as it was 100deg and the beach was too warm. In a great small community with a pool and walking distance to the beach and 4 minutes away from down town Port A. We would come back here any time, loved it.

The house was very nice. My family and I had a great weekend. The golf cart was nice to have to go to the beach. The kitchen was nice. The big table was great. We liked having our own pool. I will be coming back soon.

Very nice house.Good quiet location for access to Port A, Padre Island and beach. Nice pool and covered patio area.Well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. Appreciated the size of the ice cubes,toaster, vacuum and floor fan. Appeared to have new interior paint. We have tried four houses for our winter Texans stay, this may be our permanent home away from home.

The layout, the pool, all the cookware you’ll need made this such an easy choice to choose this place for all our port a stays! Oh yeah, Comfortable beds and good water pressure too! This really is a great space, and the golf cart we rented made it so much fun taking all the kiddos back and forth to the beach! Had a blast!

Huge house great pool great kitchen close to the beach on a really nice part of the beach ! We were even able to keep ourselves comfortable and entertained for a few rainy days while we were enjoying Port A!

The house was perfect for our trip to the beach. Plenty of space, clean, great kitchen, spacious showers for rinsing sand off the kids. The beach was also very nice and not busy at all, it was exactly what we needed to get away at the beach while feeling safe during covid. The little community where this house sits is very lovely and in a very nice location. Use of the golf cart on site was really useful for bringing all our stuff to the beach. Really liked the ability to check in without going into town.

Decent house

This house is a decent vacation stay but def needs some work. Let me start with saying the house was currently being sold during our stay which caused lots of the issues so hopefully the new owners are more attentive. Master shower leaks into the downstairs shower light fixture so we couldn’t use that shower for fear for being electrocuted. Front door handle was extremely loose and ended up falling off on our last day so the husbands had to take a handle off an inside door and put on the front door so we could open and close the door. Precious owners decided to turn off the cable and internet during our stay so we had no tv, WiFi or internet for several days. The neighborhood this house is in has awful cell service so we really had very little access to the outside world when in the house once the WiFi and cable were off. The 3 pools in the neighborhood are small and the water was warm not lukewarm but bath water warm, not the houses fault but still not the pool experience we were hoping for. 2 of the ceiling fans were extremely loud and yet put off zero air so we had to buy box fans to use while we were down there. At least 40% of the lightbulbs in the house were out. The beach is quite a walk from this house which is fine because we rented a golf cart but be forewarned it is not an exciting walking distance with kids and all the things needed for the beach. The backyard grill was in bad condition and the cabinets that were built to be on either side of the grill had rotted and were falling apart. It does have a good kitchen and the beds were comfy, not the sofa beds but the real beds. All
The bathrooms upstairs was very convenient especially after only having one shower we could use upstairs. The property management was very kind and we had no issues with them, they were quick to respond to any issue we had and to do what they could.

From the very beginning this experience has been wonderful. The staff always answered questions promptly especially during the initial phases of Covid 19. Upin arrival I was impressed with the cleanliness of the home. It was a great experience.

Great rental near the ocean

The house was clean, close to the ocean and priced less than other around it. This house comfortably worked for two families of 4 and came with a golf cart for the first 24 hrs. We rented the golf cart for another day and it was much cheaper than other rental places on the island. Management was extremely easy to work with and we will defiantly rent this house again.

Lovely and fairly comfortable home in a great neighborhood with convenient beach access. It was for sale when we went in late July 2019, and seemed like they weren’t looking to fix a few things before selling.
- Dishwasher was broken
- Oven was broken
- Pull out couch beds were real thin and could use an upgrade

3.5 out of 5, easily a 4.5 or 5 if the above are remedied.

A Great Stay in Port A

The house we rented was exactly as advertised. We had a great time in this property. Convenient and easy beach access makes this a property we will rent again. Upstairs deck could use a little sprucing up, but it is on the coast, so the level of wear was expected.
