Nestled on the back row of the colorful Village Walk neighborhood – a gated community in the heart of the island on 11th street – this beach-chic three-story home is the perfect destination for your next couples retreat or family getaway. Get to all that Port Aransas has to offer in minutes – the beach, downtown, you name it! This welcoming home makes it easy – and comfortable – to work and school from during the day, and beach-it during the afternoons and on weekends!
Thoughtfully furnished, outfitted and decorated, this home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 12 people, offering all the comforts of home with the amazing Gulf views to boot.
First Floor:
On the first floor, you’ll find a private apartment complete with two queen beds, a bistro table perfect for the quick work connection or snack, a kitchenette (with sink, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and mini-refrigerator), a full bath with a walk-in shower and a pack-in-play for the littles. Just outside the back doors of the apartment sits the pool for your afternoon SeaEsta or dip! 
The right garage bay is set up as a game room with enough games to entertain the whole family: corn hole, jumbo Connect4, jumbo Jenga, darts, and a 48” smart TV so you don’t have to miss that game. Barstools and a ledge for your cold one will come in handy when you aim for the bullseye. You’ll also find bins of beach toys and plenty of room to store your fishing and beach gear. 
The backyard invites those who are looking for a private getaway or fun with the family with a private pool offering a beach entrance and full-length ledge – ideal for the little ones, an outdoor shower to help you rinse off after returning from the beach and a charcoal grill. 
Second Floor: 
Leave your worries back home as you rest in any of the 3 bedrooms, or 2 full baths hosted on the second floor. All bedrooms offer smart TVs, USB outlets, sound machines, ceiling fans, luggage racks and ample storage for your entire stay. You’ll also find a washer and dryer tucked away in the hall on the second floor. 
Enjoy the private balcony and oversized walk-in shower in the master suite. 
The kids will find the bunkroom fun with toys to help pass the time. There is also a pack-in-play available in the closet for additional sleeping accommodations. 
All bathrooms come equipped with a blow dryer and stepstool for the littles. 
Third Floor:
The third floor hosts a large living area with ceiling-height windows inviting the sun in from all angles. Enjoy the light and breezy coastal décor while brewing your morning coffee or playing your favorite game with the family at the dining room table, comfortably seating 8 with 4 additional bar stools – plus a high-chair for the littlest of family members. 
There’s plenty to keep the whole family entertained: living room offering a 65” smart TV with a soundbar, a cabinet full of family-friendly board and card games, a chef’s kitchen to whip up your favorite dish and a private balcony to take in the ocean sounds. You’ll also find extra HDMI cables to accommodate your electronics or gaming consoles. 
The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked to accommodate almost any need: Toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker (single-serve or carafe), utensils – including wine and bottle openers, pots/pans, bakeware, serving ware, glasses, cups, wine glasses, kid-friendly dishware, and so much more. 
Rooftop Deck: 
This is the best place to take it all in with 360° views of the entire island! From sunrise to sunset, this is the spot to stay, relax and repeat with your favorite beverage in hand. 
*An elevator is available in this home with access to each floor, making this beach rental perfect for elderly or handicapped family members. Request for elevator access is required at the time of booking.

Spent 4 days at this home with a group of 10 friends for a wonderful bachelorette party! This home was perfect for our group. Gave us plenty of room to have a little privacy when needed while providing an awesome gathering place in the kitchen/living area. The home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rental included golf cart which was a super addition. The ONLY thing I wish was different was an easier beach access.

This property took my breath away. Watching the sunrise on the rooftop deck while listening to the waves was something on my bucket list and this property delivered. The elevator made hauling groceries up a breeze, the private pool was such a nice oasis from reality and we just just enough space no one was on top of each other! Life in Paradise hands down has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We truly had three of the best days and it was everything our group could’ve asked for.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully decorated. It was clean, with the exception of the floors, they didn’t appear to be mopped good. We loved the roof top balcony! Each floor has a balcony which is wonderful. The pool had a deep end which was fun for jumping in. The golf cart worked great. Overall we loved the house!!

Warm, spacious home with nice, comfortable furniture. The beds were comfortable, soft without sagging. House was well stocked and a close golf cart ride to the beach. Overall, amazing place for a large family or group of friends to stay and hang out together.

This is the first time I have rented this home and I was extremely pleased with it. It was clean and there was enough room for all of us without feeling crowded. The pool was a big hit with my grandchildren. We plan on making this an annual family trip and we hope this house will be available for us to rent. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious, clean vacation rental.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at Case SeaEsta. The house is well kept and decorated nicely. There was plenty of room and the elevator was helpful between the levels. The smaller pool was the perfect size for our little ones as well. It was so thoughtful they had kids pool/beach toys, inside toys, puzzles, board games and all sorts of things for the kids to enjoy. We really appreciated the extra touch, I highly recommend this house!

The house is beautiful, and suited our needs perfectly, the elevator was perfect for my Inlaws, and the golf cart came in handy for trips to the beach. The house is inviting and comfortable & we felt comfortable the entire trip. Hoping we can stay here again soon.
