Book your stay at this stylish home with an open concept with a coastal feel throughout, grand ceilings and boat parking. Relax in the living area on the modern couch with plush pillows and two accent chairs while watching your favorite movie on the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the large kitchen with spacious countertops, Keurig, pantry, stainless steel appliances and stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Savor your meals at the adjacent dining area with seating for six. There is additional seating for 4 at the bar. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway area.  The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, nightstand, bench at the foot of the bed, closet, chest and wall-mounted TV. Freshen up in the ensuite bathroom with double vanities and tile walk-in shower. Perfect for the kids, the bunk room has 2- Twin over Full bunk beds, a gaming couch, wall-mounted TV and closet. The guest room consists of a Queen bed, nightstand, chest, closet and wall-mounted TV. Both rooms share a hall bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower. Bonus features such as a large backyard, covered patio, balcony, room for boat parking and only 0.9 miles to the beach make for an impressive vacation. Come and play, book today.

We just finished a stay at 406 and the property is fantastic. We visit Port A a couple of times a year and we typically have to purchase or bring pans to cook in because the ones on site are scratched up and you can't make eggs or cook bacon. This unit had everything including a Keurig and a coffee maker! We especially loved how well-stocked the unit was with small things like detergent, soap, and trash bags and we had plenty of towels. The private pool was a huge bonus and the property was very well maintained. The AC worked great, the washer and dryer were fabulous and the beds were super comfortable! Ohhhhh and the parking!! There was plenty of parking which was nice when we had visitors. I highly recommend this property! The only thing I wished was different for this particular stay was the size of the bed in the master, I wish it was a king. Other than that, everything was great and we will be back!!!

Took the family for Mother’s Day weekend and everyone had a great time. The big benefit of this place was that the golf cart came with it. This made going to the beach so much easier and the location is great. You have access to multiple beach access points making the trip more enjoyable. The house was clean and had an amazing pool. They don’t advertise as far as I know the switch for changing the light s in the pool. You can have changing lights or leave it a single color. The bathrooms were very well kept and made the stay just that much better. Would definitely try and rent that lot again.

The house was beautiful, we loved the pool and the fenced in grilling/lounging area especially with our pups. The beds are very comfy and the walk in shower was amazing. We did have a couple of bugs in the house but understand that happens sometime. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back

This was a wonderful place to stay. There is plenty of room for the family to hang out together. The house was well stocked with the necessary items. TVs in all the bedrooms and living room had Netflix which was nice to not have to log into my own account. The golf cart was great. Definitely a must when visiting, so much fun to drive all over town in it. The best part was having a private pool. We spent more time there than at the beach. We stayed the first part of July and the temperature of the pool was great without needing to be heated. We would choose to stay here again.

Wonderful location close to everything! Very clean when we arrived. The house was stocked with all the necessities. The furniture was great and beds were comfortable. Lots of sofa space to relax after being on the beach all day. We loved the outdoor furniture and covered area under the house to hang out! I would definitely rent this home again in the future!
