Book your next getaway at Sandy Good Time, a newly remodeled, second-floor condo located near the front of the complex, a short walk around the corner to the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. You will find the open floor plan accommodating and intimate for a couple or small family with stylish, crisp coastal decor carried throughout. The living room is comprised of a plush couch that folds out to a Queen sleeper sofa, a matching accent armchair, and an ottoman, made for relaxing and watching movies or sports on the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the kitchen, furnished with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor your meals at the dining table with seating for four. There is additional seating at the bar for two. For your convenience, the full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly off of the kitchen behind folding doors. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the Bay breeze. The master suite (BR1) awaits you with a King-size bed, nightstands, closet, chest for your beach attire, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a granite vanity separated from the tile tub/shower area. The sink can also be accessed from the laundry area. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. No special occasion is needed to come and have a Sandy Good Time!

This was the perfect vacation for 3 ladies. We enjoyed the cart rental on Saturday it wouldn't run I called in 15 mins they had come out and brought me a replacement ready to go. The condo was clean and loved having a full kitchen. Thank you for making our trip so much fun

Sandy Good Time was a GREAT condo for a weekend getaway, and the golf cart included made it even better. The condo was super clean. The only downside was that there were only two wash cloths for two people with a two night stay. The pool and hottub were clean and relaxing.I will definitely book again through Life in Paradise when we return to Port-A.

We had originally booked a different unit (SM160: Lime in the Coconut) that was closer to the beach. We had checked in on a Sunday and were very disappointed (we were staying for 6 days). The bathroom in this unit was nasty and FULL of mold. Everything else was fine but we have a toddler and that night it was very rough trying to bath her in a very dirty moldy bathroom. I debated reaching out to the Life In Paradise Office because I hate complaining but by morning I knew our week trip would be ruined if we had to stay in this unit. I also reviewed the pictures of the booking and the bathroom pictures did not reflect the real situation. I reached out at 7am on Monday and by 11am the staff had us moved to AH-J233 Sandy Good Time. This unit was amazing, clean, large, comfortable, safe and looked new. A little farther from the beach however, it came with a free golf cart so it was pretty fun driving though town. Never once were we annoyed with the location. You can see the fairy from the bed room window and the marina is right around the corner, lots of restaurants and shopping are around too. The Life in Paradise Staff was so nice, understanding and accommodating. Callie is who helped relocate us and she was amazing, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have booked with them once before (though airbnb) but this was our first trip booking directly though their website. I was worried after we arrived but seeing how their staff realized the situation and helped us we will definitely be using them for all our future beach trips. We usually go to Port A 2-3 times a year and hands down the two places we have booked though them have been our favorite. It is also life changing to have a free golf cart included with the stay. We have a toddler and hauling everything to the beach is always a pain, getting our truck all full of sand is always frustrating and renting a golf cart is so expensive especially at cinnamon shores. We will literally never book any other way again. Life in Paradise has our business for life and the way they took care of a shitty situation really shows they care about their customers. Can't wait to go back!!!

We really enjoyed the Apartment and golf cart that came with it. A real value add. The appliances were totally modern, bed comfortable, rooms very clean. Could have used some tissue (other than TP) but all was great. We would stay there again.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property. Location, condition of unit, golf cart included are all great! Our only feedback again is the unit is lacking supplies for the following: no means to clean the floors- no broom/dust pan or vacuum. Limited kitchen items: 1 small frying pan? 1 very small mixing bowl? No hangers again! We bought them last year and left them. Nice big walk in closet but no means to hang your clothes. Would love to rest again but would hope these things can be addressed.

The place was amazing and the staff was wonderful, I will be coming back again. Only complaint I could have is we wished there was a broom or vacuum so we could clean as we went, going to the beach everyday we brought a lot of it back with us against our will. Otherwise loved it.

We had an issue with the AC when we first got there and it was immediately fixed. I really appreciate the quick response! The unit was pretty clean with a couple of exceptions. The only chair in the living room was dirty and badly stained. The placemats on the table were also dirty with old food stuck to them. I probably wouldn’t stay here again because it was kind of far from where we usually stay and because of the cleanliness issue.

This condo is very nice. Newly updated with new appliances. Enjoyed our stay and loved the golf cart free with condo. It was awesome going around to shops and restaurants in it. Had a wonderful experience and will be back.

The condo smelled clean when first walking in. It had all of the supplies we needed for our stay. The community was very friendly and helpful. It was very close to all of the fun activities in town. We will absolutely be staying there again in the future.
