Port A is a very special place for many to relax and reunite with friends and loved ones. Our mission here at Seaside Oasis is to create an atmosphere that inspires memories. Our luxurious home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a private pool, boat parking, and a 5-minute walk to the beach. 

The Family Room has space for everyone to do their own thing and mingle at the same time. Whether sitting at the dining table with seating for ten or lounging on one of the two sofas or matching armchairs while watching a game on the large TV with cable and having appetizers, this room has it all for comfortably accommodating a large family. The kitchen is a chef's dream with high-end appliances, a large farm sink, crisp white cabinets, spacious countertops, a regular coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. There is additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. Bring your favorite wine to sip on and chill it in the built-in wine cooler. For your convenience, this level also offers a half bath and laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer, and sink.

Retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) furnished with a King bed, nightstands, dresser, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom provides a large tile/pebble shower with a bench and rain heads, double vanities, a make-up area, and a huge walk-in closet. Take pleasure in having your own private patio with views of the pool. 

Venture upstairs to the bunk room (BR2) outfitted with two- Twin over Queen bunk beds, perfect for kids and young adults to sleep, gather, and play games. The full bath is comprised of a soaking tub, a stand-alone tile shower, and a double vanity. The common second-floor sitting area is a good spot for reading a book or some solo time lounging on the couch or armchairs. Sit on the balcony and take in the island breeze. The other guest bedroom (BR3) offers a Queen bed, closet, nightstands, and chest with access to the back balcony. The fourth bedroom (BR4) offers two- Twin beds, nightstands, and a closet. These two bedrooms share a bathroom comprised of a tile shower with a glass door and double vanity. 

The fenced backyard is a Seaside Oasis. This area is perfect for BBQing, cooking the day's catch, and gathering under the covered Pavilion. Enjoy the afternoon playing in the pool. This is also a great place to watch the sunset and charge up for the next day. 

Located on popular 11th St. and close to everything, this home is Golf Cart accessible, so take a ride along the beach.

Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
$95 pet fee per pet, limit 2 pets. 
The pool can be heated for $100.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay.
Golf Cart Included for the entire stay, SHORT TERM RENTALS ONLY Subject to a $10 fuel charge.  
Please bring coffee and filters.

It was the nicest house we’ve stayed at in Port A. It was clean, fresh and well equipped. Loved the pool and the included the golf cart and beach gear. We make it to Port A a couple times a year and will book through Life in Paradise again next time, and likely the same house.

The location was awesome The house was nice and clean My family had a great time in the swimming pool then we continued driving the golf cart to the beach and to a very nice restaurant. Thank you for providing us with all the essentials.

Fantastic home for our New Year’s vacation. The house is updated and has a great layout for families to eat, play games, and hang out. We enjoyed the large heated pool daily. The house is walking distance to beach, bar, restaurant, and coffee shop. The included golf cart was fantastic. We had a few issues when we arrived but the management company was quick to respond and resolve. We would definitely come back!

Had a great time here the house was awesome loved the layout of the whole property. The kitchen and the appliances where top notch. The backyard seating area and pool was perfect to keep everyone busy. If I'm ever in Port Aransas again i would book again.

The house was amazing and in a perfect location. The rental company was also fantastic. Had a small issue with one of the shower handles and they had it repaired minutes after we called. They also made the renting of golf carts extremely easy and effortless. We will definitely come back.

I would give it 10 stars if that was an option. One note to the owners, I know it would mess up the aesthetic, but adding some ceiling fans in the bedrooms besides the bunk room would be much appreciated. That was it, this is our new place to stay at the beach. Can't wait to plan the next visit!
