Make your reservation to stay at this newly remodeled cozy cottage in town, trimmed with Bahama-style shutters. It is located 1 mile from the beach, shopping and nightlife. This is a great place for a romantic getaway or small family vacation. It is slightly elevated with seven steps leading up to the welcoming covered porch, perfect for sipping coffee in the ocean breeze. The open living room holds an overstuffed couch/sleeper sofa with plush pillows, a large matching armchair with ottoman and wall-mounted TV to gather for watching movies. Prepare meals in the kitchen furnished with sleek countertops, crisp white cabinets, open shelving, modern lighting, white appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the tiled table for four or use it to play a friendly game of cards. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the corner for use during your stay. Retreat to the bedrooms for a good night's rest after a full day on the town and beach. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King size bed, built-in nightstands, personal bedside lighting and a closet with a luggage rack for your beach attire. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Twin over Queen bunk bed, nightstand, wall-mounted TV and closet with a luggage rack. We’ve stayed in numerous rooms, condos, and rentals, and I have never felt so comfortable in any of them. My daughter arrived and said the exact same thing! Only downfall is that the master bedroom had no tv; the second bedroom and living room did, and it only had one bathroom. But we made do. I loved it! It felt like home. No one can control this… but the mosquitoes! OMG! Take a lot of mosquito spray! They were horrible! But that’s the coast.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of a TV in the master bedroom and having only one bathroom. Our listing does state that the property has one bathroom, but we appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
Regarding the mosquitoes, we believe you might have visited after a tropical storm, which can significantly increase mosquito activity. Unfortunately, living on the island means we’re always battling these little critters, but we're grateful you highlighted this so future guests can come prepared with plenty of mosquito spray.

Great family house. Clean, enough linens, plenty of sleeping space and close to everything you need( stores, eats and beach) Would definitely book to stay here again.

We loved our long weekend stay at Redfish Alley C. It's newly renovated and while small, had all the space we needed and more. If you cook a lot you may want to bring some core essentials since it's a minimally stocked kitchen (as with most rentals) but was a lovely kitchen to use. New grills too! My only reco would be adding some hooks to the bathroom for hanging more than one towel and maybe adding an outdoor shower head (there is currently a spigot for foot washing though!) Loved our stay and will be back!

We really enjoyed our brief stay this weekend here! The place is cozy, with a nice bunkbed setting for the kids and master bedroom. It was spotless upon arrival -- totally clean, easy to access, good parking. Good location, too, as it's close within walking distance to most of the Port Aransas activities :)
