Newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2-bath stilt house, with an open floor plan just waiting for your family to enjoy for your next beach trip.
Upon entry, step into the living area that has an open floor plan with the dining and kitchen area. The living area has a comfy sectional sofa, a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. The dining table is perfect for game night or family meals with 4 chairs and one bench seat on one side. The well supplied kitchen has all white appliances, a drip coffee maker and beautiful granite counter tops. Right off the kitchen is the laundry room, with a full-size washer & dryer for your use. There is also a back door leading outside to a small porch that and stairs down to a patio and a fenced in yard.
Back inside the house off the living area on one end is BD1) the master, complete with a king size bed, nightstand, TV and a closet. The ensuite full bath has a tub/shower combo. Off the other side of the living room down the hall is BD2) with a queen size bed, nightstand, TV and a closet.
Across the hall is BD3) with a set of bunk beds with a twin over a full-size bed, TV and a closet. The bedrooms share a hall full bath with a tub/shower combo.
The house has a side entry with a deck that goes all the way around to the front of the house. Sit outside and enjoy the breezy evenings. Parking for four vehicles.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Cheeks! The house was clean and ready for our check in and had everything we needed for our vacation. Loved that it was pet friendly and has a fenced in yard. We didn't have any issues that we needed to call about so I can't say how responsive the company is but everything was perfect for our stay.

The property is nice. Your service is great. We felt over all it's a great location and has nice upgrades to the inside of the house however bathrooms need some work and the backyard and patio area are in need of help. However we have no complaints and would book with you again.

This is a nice place to stay. Love the parking under the house that allowed a large truck to park. We spent a lot time down there and enjoyed the picnic table. This home has been completely renovated and was very cozy. It would be helpful if they would put hardware on the kitchen cabinets and drawers. They are a little hard to open. Plus they need to go through the kitchen and see about adding a few things … like a tea pitcher, colander, maybe a toast pan. Also it might be of help to your guest for small dressers in the bedrooms. No drawers in 2 of the bedrooms. The outside shower didn't work, the handle to turn the water on to it was missing. The yard needed mowing and we thought maybe someone would come by during our week stay, but no one showed up. It had been raining before we arrived, so maybe that was the problem. I realize that my comments sound like we didn't enjoy the house, but we did. We would stay here again. The street it is on was quiet most of the time.

Overall

The house and location were great. As well as the service. However, the yard was overgrown and had trash, including broken glass bottle in backyard and cigarette butts in driveway. The home had some dirty areas, including the top of the refrigerator. Overall, we were at the beach most of the day and these items were not a main concern. We did take pictures to ensure that we are not charged for additional cleaning or leaving trash. The service was great.

We had a great time in Sandy Cheeks! The layout was perfect for us, the place was clean, the beds comfortable, master shower was fine, kids shower not so much. We never found the pool & hot tub, after asking several times, but it didn't matter, was too cold anyway. So nice being in Port A during Christmas season, quiet and peaceful. Will return asap!
