Seahorse Shanty… An Enchanting Coastal Beach House to fulfill all your deep-sea dreams…
This four-bedroom three-bath house sleeps ten comfortably and is conveniently located right off Eleventh St.
As soon as you enter the front door to the open concept of the dining, living, and kitchen area, you will be in awe of the space your family and friends will be able to enjoy.
The generous dining room table has seating for ten, with six chairs and one bench, there are four additional barstools at the kitchen bar. To entertain everyone in the group, a ping pong table.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to prepare those large family meals. With all white appliances and for coffee lovers it has both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker.
The first door to the right in the hallway is a stackable washer & dryer for your use.
On down to your left is BD1) complete with a queen-sized bed, nightstands, lamps, a chest, and a TV w/WIFI.
Across the hall is BD2) which has two sets of twin-size bunk beds, built-in lamps by each bed, a small bookshelf, and a TV w/ WIFI.
Across the hall is BA1) a full bath with a tub/shower combo and a granite countertop sink.
On down the hall to the left is BD3) the first master, with a king-size bed, nightstands w/lamps, a small chest, and a TV w/WIFI.
There is also a door that leads to a deck, where you can sit out and enjoy the outdoors. BA2) the ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower and a granite countertop with a sink.
Across from there is BD4) the second master, with a king bed, nightstands w/lamps, a small chest, and a TV w/ WIFI.
This master also has an entrance to the deck that adjoins the other bedroom. BA3) the ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower and a granite countertop w/sink.
There is a front deck to sit out on as well as one of the master bedrooms.
Downstairs under the house is parking for four cars, and also an area that has a picnic table, bar type area with four stools, a charcoal grill, a firepit type table w/chairs various games, and an outdoor shower.

We booked directly with Life In Paradise Vacation Rentals. They were wonderful. The house we rented, Seahorse Shanty, was perfect for our family. It was clean and well stocked. We had both sets of grandparents join us and four kids (ages 17,16,14,12). The bunk room was great for the kids, each set of adults had their own bedroom, and it was wonderful that the grandparents each had their own bathroom for privacy. There was a coffee maker, extra ice machine, and a ninja in the kitchen. The coffee maker could use kcups or drip coffee in a 12 cup pot. There was also lots of utensils, pots/pans, and even spices/coffee filters/sandwich baggies in the cabinets. The description states that the house starts with items like toilet paper, soap, and such, so we had brought our own toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. We found that there was plenty provided for our week long stay. The only thing not provided was laundry detergent. The washer and dryer are very nice! The door does block the hallway when doing laundry, but wasn't an issue for us. I was glad to be able to wash everything while we were there and have laundry washed/folded/ready to put away when we returned from our trip. There were board games provided, but we didn't play those. However the ping pong table got LOTS of use. Our kids (and the hubby) played non-stop if we were at the house. I like that it is in the main area. We could watch/laugh at the competitiveness while getting meals ready. I loved the large 10 person table so we could all eat together, and the large couch was super comfortable. There was enough room in the house for everyone to have space if needed or be together when wanted. I also loved that this house was pet friendly. This was our first trip to the beach with our dog. I appreciated the hose down stairs so that we could rinse her off and dry her prior to letting her back upstairs. It was also helpful to rinse everything (beach tents, chairs, beach games, etc...) off after our last day at the beach so it could dry and we could pack it back up to go home. We did not use any of the down stairs items (corn hole, grill, fire pit, shower, etc..), but was nice that it was there if we did. There is also a 1/2 bath down stairs. It was nice to have the option when wet from the beach or pool to stop off there when needed. We loved the location! We had a two golf carts and was easy to get to town and to the beach. I also liked being in the cul-de-sac. The community pool is fairly small. We still went a couple of times in the evenings, but it was crowded. The dumpster is on the way out of the property. It was easy to throw the bag on the golf cart and put it in on our way out each day. Over all....great service from property managers and perfect house for our family stay. We would recommend to others and would stay there again!

The property was exactly as described and pictured on the website. It was a perfect place for our family of 9. The grandkids loved the outdoor area. It was quick 5 minute ride to the beach by golf cart. Kitchen was awesome--had everything and more that what we needed. We thoroughly enjyed our stay.
