Sun Rise Beach Escape is a three-bedroom, three-bath beach view condo, that comfortably sleeps 8 and is located on the third floor of the appealing Grand Caribbean Condominiums.
Wake up to the sunrise at this condo, which has breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf from the living room, deck, and also the master bedroom. You can also see the shared pool and the boardwalk below. This building is equipped with an elevator, and no stairs to climb unless you want the exercise.
This lovely place has a full kitchen with excellent appliances, pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs. It also has not one but two regular drip coffee makers. The dining table has seating for six.
The living room has plenty of seating to watch TV or DVDs, with a leather couch and a love seat that reclines. This unit comes with complimentary Wi-Fi.
The laundry room is conveniently located in the hall with a full-size washer, a dryer, a small dorm-size refrigerator for extra drinks, and a rack for hanging your clothes.
(BR1) The master bedroom has a King-size bed, a large closet, a TV, balcony access, and outdoor seating. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity and a separate tub/shower combination unit.
(BR2) Has a Queen-sized bed, a closet, and a small chest for clothes. The hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo unit and a sink with shared access to bedroom two.
(BR3) has a Queen-sized bed, nightstands with lamps, a closet, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower unit.
The balcony area of this unit has the greatest view to watch that big moon coming up out of the water at night or enjoy taking in the morning breezes as you sip your coffee.

Parking for 2 vehicles (A Guest Pass must be displayed on the dashboard. A warning notice will be placed under the windshield wiper of unpermitted vehicles for a minimum of 24 hours prior to towing. The following are not permitted on the condominium parking lot without the Board's consent: recreational that aren't legal for street usage, large commercial trucks and industrial vehicles. Washing, repairs, restoration, or maintenance of vehicles is prohibited, except for emergency repairs, and then only to the extent necessary to enable movement of the vehicle to a repair facility. All parking spaces at the condominium shall be used for parking purposes; leaving a vehicle in the same space for more than 72 hours shall be considered "storage" and will be towed.

Overall

This was the cleanest and best equipped rental we have stayed in. Will definitely be back, views and beach access are perfect. They should actually update their amenities list as we brought many items that were included but not listed. Thanks for the care and cleanliness of this property.

Condo was great. No complaints at all. Everything we needed was there. Condo was spotless. Only complaint was the access to the boardwalk was closed and wasnt made aware of that before we got there.

Overall

Grand Caribbean has to be one of the nicest and best maintained condo developments on Mustang or North Padre islands, and G3001 is one of the best of the best. There's plenty of room, the furnishings are all modern and comfortable, the porcelain-tile flooring is all new, and the overall comfort level is supreme. There's easy access to the beach and plenty of parking as well. We love it. Have spent our last 4 winters there and hope to continue to do so as long as we can!

We all had a wonderful week in unit 3001. The view over the dunes to the beach was awesome. Everyone enjoyed the pool, and appreciated how clean everything was. A couple of things could be improved upon, but there very minor things. It would be nice to barbecue by the pool, and the air mattresses in the unit could be upgraded to cots. But I feel I must leave the rating at five stars. A fantastic place to stay
