Casa del Sol is located on the bottom floor of building #47 in the gated community at Village Walk.  This studio is perfect for a small family or group of friends looking for the perfect Port A get-a-way!  The unit features 1 king bed, 1 Twin over Full bunk bed and a sofa sleeper that converts to queen sleeper.  Equipped with a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker and microwave.  The property has complimentary Wi-Fi and allows 1 small dog.  The community offers two beautiful shared pools that are heated in the winter months and centrally located to all Port Aransas has to offer.

We weren't looking for something too expensive and big, but while this unit may not be as grandiose as its Village Walk counterparts, it definitely delivered more than we expected. The size of it wasn't really a big issue for us, since it was only me and my wife staying there for the weekend, but it definitely proved to be more than accommodating during our nights out and coming back to the relaxing location and security. This gated community has always been one of my favorites, and we cannot deny that Studio #4 will be our pick for next year.

The price and size were just what we needed for a weeklong stay. Definitely would enjoy coming back again, and we would love to recommend this unit to any family members who are looking for the perfect and affordable studio for their beach escape. An excellent gated community with lovely access to community pools makes for great memories and lasting social experiences.

This place was just what we needed for our fishing trip down to Port A. We love to fish locally, and this studio served as a great base for relaxation while we went in the early morning hours and fished our days away. The distance to all the local restaurants made it even better, since after fishing, we'd be starving and didn't want to drive too far from our current stay. We'll definitely be coming back again, and we can't wait to see what the owner will add to the unit next!
