This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath oasis is perfect for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway. Step into the spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, where you will find plenty of comfortable seating, a sectional sofa, and a shuffleboard for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a large dining table perfect for family meals. Unwind in either of the two master bedrooms, each with a balcony door entrance, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying the ocean breeze. But the true highlight of this property is when you step outside and enjoy your own private heated pool, along with a spacious outdoor living area complete with a TV, plenty of seating, and an outdoor shower. Keep the fun going with a game of ping pong or take a ride on the included 6-passenger golf cart for the duration of your stay. Parking for 4 vehicles.

Bottoms Up was perfect for our family! We surprised my dad for his 75th birthday! So close to the ocean, loved the golf cart, and all the games you can imagine included with the stay! We loved it and hope to make this a family tradition.

Absolutely loved this rental.The one and only complaint we had was the wifi was horrible. The downstairs is wonderful. This house was perfect for our family.

This home was so perfect for our large group. The location to the beach and town was so convenient. The home is beautiful, with so much room, plenty of comfy beds and bathrooms, plenty of parking, so clean, fun things to do (ping pong, games, tvs, golf cart) and our group especially loved the private, heated pool! We will definitely consider booking this beautiful home in the future, possibly next year again for Sandfest!

Had everything you could think of and so much more. Wonderful host and employees. Prime location extra clean pictures were accurate weather was perfect from age 70 to the kids 4 1/2 it accommodated everyone. Thanks for everything.

Loved this property. Private pool spacious indoor area, patio with lots of fun games. This was definitely a home away from home. Would definitely go back. Glad I was able to bring my fur babies as they enjoyed the stay too. Definitely a hidden gem.
