AH-G126:The Flamingo: Remodeled First Floor Condo, Shared Pool & Hot Tub, Near Marina, Pet Friendly

Book your next stay at this newly remodeled first-floor, 2-bedroom condo in town near the Marina. The Flamingo is decorated with an oceanic theme of birds, coral, tortoise, and modern touches throughout. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering and entertaining and never having to miss out on a conversation or fun. The full kitchen is stocked for your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, spacious granite countertops, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The adjacent dining table has seating for six to enjoy meals or play a friendly game of cards. Two stools are at the bar for additional seating. The living room is comprised of an oversized couch that makes a queen sleeper sofa, a loveseat with plush pillows, and an accent chair, made for relaxing and watching the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio while watching the ships pass through the channel. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains of a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, closet, and TV. The hallway bath has a large granite countertop, sink, and tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) includes a King bed, nightstands, chest, closet and TV. The master ensuite bathroom has a separate vanity area from the tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind a door at the end of the hallway. The shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area are just across the parking lot from the front door. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away. Revel in our Port A scenery while taking a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Overall

This place was absolutely amazing. Well maintained and furnished. Swimming pool on premises which we didn’t use because we came mainly for the beach. That being said, the room comes with a golf cart along with the beach permit so you don’t have to worry about that which is nice. This was our first trip there in which we stayed over for a couple of nights. Now that we know the in and outs we will be back hopefully with our children and grandchildren. Our place was just a few minutes from the beach front. Everything about our trip was so easy. For a great beach experience I highly recommend this place.

This is such a perfect place to stay. The Flamingo was quiet, extremely clean and spacious. It came with a golf cart that was provided by Port a beach buggies, and they were a pleasure to deal with. This is the 3rd time I have booked with Life in Paradise and could not be happier with the service and accommodations Hassle, free, wonderful, customer service, and everything is exactly as described. I have stayed in other condos at this location and it was just wonderful. In fact, I am in the process of booking to return in August. Stay here or at any of these condos. The Flamingo Condo

The condo was excellent!!! It was in a great location and the 6 seat golf cart that came with the condo was a life saver when going to the beach. My only recommendation was to upgrade the kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. The can opener didn't work and couldn't open what we needed to prepare for our dinner. Other than that it felt like home away from home. I would recommend this location to anyone.

House overall was very nice and we loved that it came with a 6 seater golf cart. A couple of issues we found: a piece of broken glass in the couch, stains on the sheets in the master, and floor needed a better cleaning. The queen bed was also way more comfortable than the king. The bed or mattress seemed wonky. But for location and value we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Super Nice Condo

Great condo and great location. The King Size mattress must be broken or bent because it sloped to the left and right. The middle was about 6 inches higher than sides of mattress. The living area could use a good cleaning on the couches. Kitchen could be a little more stocked with a new pitcher and perhaps some spices. Would definitely stay here again and the cart was awesome!

Really Great Place!

We were in town for a weekend and mostly just needed a place to sleep. The unit we stayed in was new and very clean. The location was good, the area was quiet, and communication with property managers was mostly good. The only problem we had was that there were no sheets for the sofa bed. We notified management after the first night, but never did get a response. We used extra blankets on the sofa bed and survived the weekend just fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfy new furnishings and cool decor. Loved the flamingo! The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Great location by the harbor. It was very cool to watch the ships go by. Shopping and restaurants were close by. Perfect for a golf cart. We really enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing by the pool. What a great time. Can't wait to go back.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this fresh and beautifully decorated condo. The location was great as well as the amenities. We loved watching the large ships passing through the channel from the living room. There was plenty of room for our group and the kids commented on how comfortable the sleeper sofa was! Fully stocked kitchen made meals a breeze. The owners have put a lot of love into this coastal retreat and it shows! We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome condo our girls trip. Very spacious and full of cool beach decor and new furniture. Loved the flamingo in the living room. Really liked being on the first floor and all the grass and open spaces out back. Great location by the harbor.The hot tub was perfect. I will definately be back this summer with the family.
