Welcome to Hypnautic!  If attention to detail and beach vibes are your thing, this fantastic island-themed home is just the place for you.  With a private heated saltwater pool and an incredibly decorated and furnished outdoor living area, this house is perfect for hosting your island getaway.  The spacious driveway has room for up to 4 vehicles and parking for boats and watercraft is permitted.  Walking up the stairs to the main deck you have outdoor seating for up to 4 people.  From there through the front door you are greeted by the well-furnished living room, complete with a large couch, rocking chair, and TV.  Just across is the kitchen and dining area, with seating for 6 at the table and 2 at the bar.  The kitchen is equipped with new stainless-steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare meals.  Making your way down the hall, on the right is the first bedroom which has a Queen-sized mattress and Twin. The second bedroom on the right mirrors the first bedroom and also has a Queen bed and a separate Twin.  Across from the first two bedrooms is the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.  Further down the hall and just to the left is a Full-sized bathroom with a shower and tub.  Finally, we reach the master bedroom.  Equipped with a King-size bed and another full bathroom with a shower and tub.  Inside the house is amazing, but the backyard is where it’s really at!  Relax under the cabana, cook up some fish on the smoker grill while watching the big game outside, or just cool off and relax in the saltwater pool.  Whatever your style of vacation is, Hypnautic offers it all!

The pool/hot tub can be heated for $100.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay
Guests have parking spaces for 4 vehicles. A golf cart will take up 1 of these spaces. Parking is not allowed on the street.  Boat and trailer parking is permitted in certain areas.
Construction is a constant in Port Aransas. While we strive to ensure your visit is peaceful, you may encounter sights and sounds of building, projects or community improvements during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards making our community better for everyone.

This place was perfect for our group of three couples. The outdoor space is wonderful for hanging out in the pool and grilling. Ample shade and sun throughout the afternoon. The living/dining/kitchen is a nice open floor plan. Good for groups and hanging out. It was close to everything in town and the beach. Highly recommended.

Life in Paradise did not disappoint. The home was beautiful, most equipped I have ever seen. It was like having our own tropical island. I am already planning on renting again. It is my absolutely my new Happy Place. We had a couple of small glitches, called Life in Paradise, they had someone sent out immediately and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Life in Paradise.

We had a great time! The house was as advertised. Pool was a bit warm but with high temps and an unshaded pool, it will be that way. We utilized both the gas grill and pellet grill. Everything we did from fishing charters, dolphin cruise, pirate cruise, time at the beach, was within minutes of the home. The only complaint from my wife was that the beaches we too clean, lol. She couldn't find shells.

This property was very lovely and had a great ambiance to it. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were quite beautiful. The backyard was a lot of fun, we definitely spent a lot of time out there simply enjoying our vacation and relaxing, felt like our own little paradise. Beautiful home, and even wonderful hosts. Came down to Port A to have some fun with my friends, the place was a lot better than I expected. The grill was very clean when we used it, and when we needed a gas refill, life in paradise were quick to answer our call. The saltwater pool was actually very pleasant to swim in, in comparison to chlorine pools. Didn't even knew there was a difference until we came to this property, honestly.House is nicely decorated and the bedrooms were nice. The golf cart was fun to drive around in, and would love to rent out this place again when we get the chance.

The home my family enjoyed this past week was superb. I say single father with three kids, face was a dream come true. I am recently widowed as of six weeks ago and I want to go to let the kids have a nice beach vacation before school starts and I couldn’t have picked a better place. I’ll be looking to bring the kids back soon as I can. Also Life in Paradise is a phenomenal company and I can tell that they genuinely care about the customer experience.

This was by far one of the best houses we have ever stayed in Port A! The pool area has a perfect setup with grills, a TV, and even a fridge down there! In the house the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire place was spotless. It was only my husband and I on this trip, but we can’t wait to come back and bring our kids. I also wanted to make sure I add, this rental company does a great job having soaps/trash bags/ etc. They were also very easy to communicate with when we had any questions.
