This home is conveniently located in town. Approximately 0.2 miles to the nearest Coffee Shop, 0.6 miles to the Beach, and 0.4 miles to shops and restaurants. There is plenty of space in the driveway to park 4 vehicles and your watercraft. Cook the day's catch on the charcoal grill. Enjoy the breeze while sipping on your morning coffee from the front balcony. Inside you will never feel left out of the conversations in the open living/dining and kitchen area. Pops of bright colors and a beach theme throughout make the home relaxing and inviting. The dining table has seating for 4 to sit and enjoy meals or to play games. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large bar for prepping your meals with additional seating for 4. The living area hosts a modern couch with an attached lounge, 3 chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, and cable. Utilize the washer and dryer for rinsing off the sand from your beach attire and towels. The first bedroom (BR1) has a Queen-sized bed with colors of orange and turquoise, nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV. The second bedroom (BR2) has a Twin over Full bunk bed with an extra twin in a blue nautical theme, a wall-mounted TV, and a desk for kids to read, color, or play games. The shared hallway guest bathroom has a tub/shower. The Master bedroom (BR3) has a King-size bed with the blue and yellow fish theme, a wall-mounted TV, a closet, and a chest for clothing. The ensuite bathroom has double vanities and a tub/shower.

This house was clean and in a great location. Plenty of room to park golf cart and car. The only suggestion is that some of the amenities should be updated on-line as they do have iron/ironing board, Keurig coffee maker (only showing drip coffee maker on-line)....so more amenities than listed. We had a great stay and this was perfect for our family.

Perfect setting for a weekend get away! The three bedroom house was so inviting, cozy rooms with ceiling fans and tv's in every room. The kitchen had all the appliances needed and the living room was set up perfectly for conversations among friends. The porch setting was perfect for sunrises and moon rises!! We were "lucky enough" to be there with a full moon on the horizon!Location was close to everything, especially Cancun Mexican restaurant! The beach was a quick golf cart ride away, only two stop signs.

Our group of 5 adults had plenty of space in this cute house! The location was great; close to the beach, and also close to restaurants, etc. We appreciated enough room to park our cars AND a golf cart. The beds were all comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing that was missing was a hair dryer, which caught all of us by surprise that it was not provided. We would gladly stay here again next visit!

The location was perfect, especially when renting golf carts. Quick trips to the beach and shopping, plus all the sand stays out of your vehicles. Plenty of parking space. The home was clean and provided all the necessities for home away from home. The children loved being able to wind down the day with Netflix movies. Family age range from just under 2 to 63. Older teens loved having the coffee shop just a short couple blocks for their getaway. Easy to rent beach gear and have free delivery and pickup. Overall very pleased.

We love this house! Perfect size and location for our family of five. Just a 10Min walk to the beach and a golf cart away from all of the fun of Port A. Company is great to work with and quick to respond to any needs. The property is clean and has everything you need to cook and/or relax!

This was the first time my family and I ever rented a vacation home. We didn't know what to expect. Let me tell you, we were blown away. The house looked EXACTLY like in the photos. So clean and sterilized. Made our stay that much more comfortable. Definitely will stay again.

Only suggestion I have to make it better is please equip property with gas grill versus the charcoal grill it has now. Lucky Enough is top notch! My family & I just spent 3 nights at this home and had an amazing experience! Our family went to “luck enough” to have a little get away. We felt very luck to have had such a beautiful home to stay in! It is newly renovated and the beds were so comfortable we slept like babies! It is conveniently located just a block or so from the beach and so close to all the town activities! We had wifi, all the kitchen accessories, a grill and more! It was crisp, clean and a well maintained property. In addition, the neighbors were amazing! We felt like a part of the Port A family! I’d highly recommend this oasis. I’ll be back!
