Fabulous Vacation Townhome, large, shared pool, 4 Bedroom (BR1 - King, BR2- King, BR3 - Queen, BR4-1 set of Full Bunk Beds), 3 baths, Sleeps 12. 

Savvy Pelican is located at beautiful Beachside. A family-friendly four-bedroom townhome conveniently located on 11th Street. Savvy Pelican sits near the saltwater pool, which is heated during the winter months and is beautifully decorated with beach-inspired décor. If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further. Park your car in your dedicated parking space or in the provided garage and leave it for the duration of your stay.  An 8-minute walk gets you to the acclaimed Gulf Coast beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities.

After sightseeing, return to your Port A townhome and relax on your outdoor patio. Outdoor chairs are there for you to enjoy. The ground floor holds 2 bedrooms that are separated by a shared walk-through bathroom. Guest bedroom 4 (BR4) offers a full-size bunk bed, a sofa sleeper, a dresser, and a big-screen TV. Guest bedroom 3 (BR3) has a queen bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, and private patio entry.  Both rooms share an adjoining bathroom with a stand-up shower. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hallway closet.  The stairs lead up to the living and kitchen area. Inside your living room, you will find new furniture consisting of a couch, sofa sleeper,2 accent chairs, and a flat-screen HD TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The dining room table has seating for 6 and the spacious bar seats 3. The dining area has a pass-through to the fully stocked galley kitchen. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances will make the family cook happy. The master bedroom (BR2) is located on the second floor. It offers a plush king-size bed, dresser flat-screen TV, and bathroom with a full-sized shower that is accessible in the hall by guests as well.  The second master bedroom (BR1) features a king-sized bed, dresser, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a full-size shower. Enjoy the Pool, which is heated during the winter months, with a Waterslide and Palapas throughout. Beachside is located just blocks from everything in Port A! What are you waiting for? The check in was easy. I appreciated the texts giving info. as our time to visit came closer. I was very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with good quality pots,pans, and utensils.The smiles on our grown children's and grandchildren's faces were priceless! We all had an amazing time and will come again. Next time we are choosing a unit with a deck.

Always happy with the prompt and helpful service Life in Paradise provides. We never did get the dishwasher to work right so no dishwasher for 3 months. It would run but not empty and black mold would appear unless I took the racks out and dried the dishwasher. The rest of the unit was very nice. Loved the cookware and how well stocked the kitchen was. It was nice they had some soft fuzzy blankets for us. Wish you guys would get security cameras around there. Right after you put the lock on the gate the fence was damaged to gain access. They then proceeded to throw all the pool furniture in the pool. There is a group of foul mouth loud teenagers who come after hours.

Where should I start, it was a beautiful home! Our little family of 4 reserved this home with the intent to invite the whole family, change of plans unforeseen circumstances so it was just the hubby our 18yr old son our 13yr old daughter my father in law and myself. It was still perfect, everyone had their own room their own space but we still all hung out upstairs in the living area. The house was big yet still cosy, near enough all the restaurants and corner stores for easy access if we needed something or just a snack run, right around the corner of a beach access for an early morning walk to the beach! Thanksgiving day was nice enough for some pool action while we waited on the food to be ready! The Friday after wasn’t as good but the house was spacious enough for us to hangout play board games, cards, go off for a nap, just to lounge around. We were there from Wednesday- Saturday for some much needed R&R but still didn’t want to leave when it came time to. Thanks for having us and we’ll definitely be back! -DeLuna family

Family weekend getaway to the beach and this townhouse was perfect. Quick cart ride to beach and steps away from awesome shared pool. We will be back. Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals are there for every need and made our stay everything we wanted it to be.

Do not hesitate to stay at the Savvy Pelican. It was beautifully decorated and had everything one could ask for in a home away from home. This is the 4h time we have stayed in these units. It is so close to the beach; the pool is always warm and clean, and all the units have been beyond our expectations. This unit was no exception. The large room downstairs with the bunk beds and a couch and large screen TV was just perfect for my 3 grandchildren. The garage has all the toys and even some for the adults. We would definately stay here again. Check in was easy and we had no issues during our stay.

Fun place for our family. Close to the beach. Pool wasn’t as heated as I thought it would be but it is Jan so can’t be too picky on that. Dart board in the garage was fun to do for the adults at night.

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained. There was ample room for 6 adults and 4 kids. We would have enjoyed the trip more if Hurricaine Hanna wouldn't have decided to visit:)

Nice place. Able to accommodate the whole family and within a very reasonable walking distance to beach. I was happy about parking space availability for 2 vehicles and a golf cart. On the first day, we had some trouble with the AC unit, but someone from the rental property management came over within less than an our of us calling, and AC repair company was out immediately following. Great service. My only legitimate complaint is the need for a new shower curtain liner in the master bath, as it is heavily mildewed and beyond redemption. Otherwise, it was clean and well taken care of. We would stay here again without reservation.

The entire place was amazing and clean, however that wasn’t the case with the pool area!! The restrooms were very dirty and the 3 nights I stayed nobody came out to clean them!!

We had the absolute best stay at Savvy Pelican! The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious and inviting. The living area was the perfect hangout spot and the kitchen had a huge dining table for eating shared meals and playing games. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials and brand new appliances. We enjoyed time on the patio with the private BBQ grill and picnic table. The bedrooms all have big comfy beds with luxury bedding, plenty of pillows and big TVs. All had lovely en-suite bathrooms complete with big showers and great water pressure! Plenty of parking, a beautiful pool and the exact location we wanted to be in right by the beach! We rented golf carts and tooled all around town and up and down the beach. It was a blast. We will be back and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else but Savvy Pelican!

The house was great with lots of room for all. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The only problem was the parking. For a house that slept 12, there were only 2 designated parking spots.

My family and I had a great time staying at the Savvy Pelican! It was a beautiful condo situated in the perfect location. Easy beach access, close to all the restaurants and stores without feeling crowded, and our kiddos LOVED the pool. Well definitely be back next year :)

Rental unit is gorgeous. We felt at home immediately. Clean, breezy, and very comfortable. We have planned our second trip for the 4th of July. We love it. We are contemplating buying property on the island.

The property was beautiful and very well equipped. The pool is fantastic. We were not impressed with the patio attached to our unit, it was tiny and not easily accessible. The stairs are super steep, so if you're traveling with small children bring baby gates (you CANNOT buy them on the island).
