This newly remodeled, quaint cottage is in town, within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, and a very short golf cart ride to the beach. The inviting front porch has outdoor seating for relaxing and enjoying the palm trees and ocean breeze. Upon walking in the front door from the porch you will find the living room with a couch, 2 accent chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, cable, and beautiful wood flooring. The dining table has seating for 4 and there are also 3 stools for seating at the bar. The full kitchen is equipped with appliances (No dishwasher), cookware, and granite countertops to meet your cooking needs. There is a stackable washer and dryer tucked away off of the dining area. Bedroom 1 (BR1) has a King-size bed, wall-mounted TV, dresser, and closet space for your beach attire. Bedroom 2 (BR2) has a King king-size corner wall mount TV, and closet space for your clothing. Bedroom 3 (BR3) has a Full-size bed and closet for your attire. The shared, hall bathroom has a large, tile stand-alone shower with a glass door which is conveniently located between the bedrooms. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the back of the house and a charcoal grill in the back. Take advantage of the location of this property and be able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants or rent a golf cart from us to ride around town or to the beach like a local with Port A flare.

There were 5 in our party. This was perfect. We checked in on Thursday, July 25th and checked out on Sunday, July 28th. We had such a great time there. I really liked that that we were close to the ferry and everything else. I had been looking for something close to the Texan as our big party would be hanging out at Beach Marker 22 but then I saw this place and really liked that all the restaurants, local eateries and souvenir shops were within walking distance from where we stayed. Everything was provided. We had PLENTY of towels and had a washer and dryer. Loved the big walk-in shower and the bedrooms were gorgeous. Loved the entire beach theme of this place. We absolutely loved the outdoor shower as I had an incident upon arriving. There was a guy weed eating across from us then all of a sudden, I heard 'help'. He was laying on the ground. I went over to help him and to see what had happened. There must've been a sink hole because as soon as I stepped over to help him, my left leg sunk in all the way to my knee. He was stuck as well but I didn't notice until it was too late for me. Some people pulled over in their golf cart and pulled us both out. My leg was covered with mud and was grateful for that outdoor shower as well as an outside faucet. We will definitely be staying here again. Heading home on Sunday, 2 hours later, my daughter called to let me know she had left her new wireless headphones in the nightstand (one place I forgot to check). I called the vacation rental's number and stated it was an emergency. Oscar called me back within seconds. I explained my situation and they sent someone over to check it out since they hadn't cleaned it yet. They found her headphones and Oscar said they would hold them at their main office which was down the road from where we stayed. Thank you so much Oscar!!! Great customer service!!! My sister went back 1.5 weeks later and picked them up with no issues. This was a great place; I can't give it enough stars!!!

We enjoyed the house on Cotter. It was updated and very clean. The location was great. Just a short drive to the beach and had a number of places you could walk to in town.

The location was very good in view of the beach and the fishing pier being close (stay was 3/14/2023 thru 3/18/2023).The place was acceptable except for minor housekeeping maintenance issues and floorplan was good except for just having one bathroom.Main issue was the parking upon arrival, was not advised how the system worked and created issues with the RV Park neighbors. I appreciated the disclosure in person at the office that parking is behind the house and not on the west side of the house. Additionally, that after the discussion with the office signs were posted of the lane being a "ONE WAY" and "No PARKING " due to it being a fire lane instead of drive-way for the house. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

Loved this little cottage! Perfect for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to everything, but set back and quiet at night. It was great and an easy process from booking to check out.

The house is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Kitchen stocked with pots and pans etc it’s definitely in the perfect location the guest parking is in the rear of the building. It also has an outside shower. The downfall that we had was one of TVs in the bedroom Weren’t working. But other then it was a very good place to stay especially for a small family.
