Margarita at Sunset is a brand new, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach home is situated in a great location, close to all the amenities Port Aransas has to offer. Inside you'll find plenty of space for entertaining, including a living room with access to one of the decks, a large kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, and dining for your entire group. There is a private balcony off the master suite, a private pool, an outdoor kitchen, a community-heated pool, and an outdoor shower. A boardwalk to the beach and a golf cart is included for your convenience. Beach gear is also available upon request. Make your memories in this one-of-a-kind home at Dorado Dunes #D.

The condo was very clean. It provided all the necessities plus extras. The outdoor gas grill was nice. There was plenty of room for our family of 10.( 6 Adults and 4 Kids.) The golf cart was an added bonus! We will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends!

The house is beautiful, clean, and well equipped with everything you need – – except bring extra ice! Great house!!Our grandkids loved the private pool and also the community pool, which is heated.We would highly recommend and will be back!!

Margarita at Sunset beach house in Dorado Dunes is a true gem! This new 3-bedroom haven offers both luxury and convenience. From the airy living room with deck access to the top-notch kitchen, everything is thoughtfully designed. The master suite's private balcony is a highlight, and the outdoor spaces, including a private pool and kitchen, add charm. The beach boardwalk and included golf cart make beach trips a breeze, and beach gear availability is a plus. Unforgettable memories await - a must for Port Aransas seekers!

We really enjoyed this sparkling clean, new and stylish beach townhome right next to Cinnamon Shores! Only negative part was the private pool had way too much chlorine/chemical in it as it turned my daughters blonde hair green in the first use and stung our eyes upon every entry/swim session but at least we knew it was clean?!
