Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. You will love the open floor plan and spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life décor carried throughout this two-story home. Cable and Wi-Fi are available in the condo. Gather everyone in the living room to watch a movie on the TV while lounging on the couch or four accent chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals such as spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils.  Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Take your coffee out to the private patio to sip in the ocean breeze. The downstairs bedroom (BR1) consists of two Queen beds, nightstands, a chest, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tub/shower with sliding glass door enclosure, and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. Venture upstairs to the master bedroom (BR2)  made up of a King bed, nightstand, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom contains a vanity and tub/shower unit with a sliding glass door enclosure. This room also has a private balcony with views of the pond and resort. The loft area (BR3) is made up of two Twin beds, a nightstand, and a closet. Use the golf cart-accessible boardwalk to spend a day at the beach.  Cool off in the shared pool, just steps away, or sit under the covered area with shared charcoal grills for cooking up the day's catch. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.

Haven't stayed since 2015 and it was wonderful to be back. The condo has of course been updated, but still felt familiar and comfortable, and we enjoyed the proximity to the pool and the beach. Very enjoyable stay.

We have stayed here many times and know what to expect. We appreciated how well you responded when we had trouble with the door lock. Things were tidy, beds nicely made, lots of clean towels and supplies in the kitchen.
