Enjoy the peacefulness of Shore Fun at El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. You will love the open floor plan and spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life décor carried throughout of this two-story home. Cable and Wi-Fi are available in the condo with a TV in each bedroom. Gather everyone in the living room to watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV while lounging on the couch or loveseat. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals such as spacious granite countertops, appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils.  Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four and additional seating for and two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Take your coffee out to the private patio to sip in the ocean breeze. The downstairs master bedroom (BR1) consists of a King bed, nightstands, dresser, closet and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, shower with a glass door and full-size washer & dryer for your use during your stay. Venture upstairs to the second bedroom (BR2)  made up of a King bed, nightstand, closet and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom contains a vanity and tub/shower unit with a glass door. This room also has a private balcony with views of the resort and pond. The loft area (BR3) is made up of two Full beds, a closet and a wall-mounted TV. Use the golf cart accessible boardwalk to spend a day at the beach.  Cool off in the shared pool just steps away or sit under the covered area with shared charcoal grills for cooking up the day's catch.  El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters. Everything was perfect for my birthday weekend getaway and it was my family and i first time ever in port aransas. Enjoyed the peacefulness and the views from the balcony along with the golf cart that came along with the home!!!!

Came here with my brothers for a fishing trip. Loved how conveniently placed it was to the beach and to Port Aransas. The restaurants were good and the golf cart was fun to drive around in. Caught some good fish too. House was clean and nice.

Very nice place. It was clean and everything was in good working order. Beach access was easy. Scott was a HUGE help during booking. We'll definitely be back.Only issue was storm door closer was broken upon arrival.

Our stay was wonderful! The location to the beach was perfect! The location to town was subpar but the free golfcart with rental made this better. The condo was well stocked. Beds were clean and comfortable! Condo is as pictured! It is a middle unit and we were fortunate to have both sides empty most of our visit but when people were on either side, you know it. Life in paradise was awesome to work with and fixed our minor issues very promptly! We would definitely rent thru them again!!!!
