We've stayed in Port A every year for over 40 years, and this is a GREAT condo! It's freshly remodeled and so clean. There are two porch areas with comfortable seating and tables. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and a coffee bar, including a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. There are plenty of linens and towels as well as clean / non-toxic soaps and shampoos (at least during our visit). This condo sits close to the main pool, but far enough to not be bothered by potential pool noise. It's located in walking distance to the beach with a boardwalk that accommodates golf carts! We drove to town several days along the beach. It's also in close proximity to a little “village” next door with shops and restaurants/bars (Cinnamon Shores). We directly called Life In Paradise to get the booking. Joshua and the rest of the team are great, and we saved money by going directly to the management company. Will stay here again!

The condo was very cute and comfortable. A huge plus that it came with all kitchen items and bathroom. (Have stayed in rentals before that did not).

This place was our perfect getaway from our day-to-day life. We enjoyed the beautifully lavished kitchen, filled with plenty of plates and cooking utensils to last us for our week long stay. The location from this place to the pool and beach were perfect choices for us, since we enjoy both. The kids also had a great time here, and we were surprised to see them not wanting to love when it was time to go. We loved everything about this unit, and we will be missing it every day until our next scheduled arrival. Can't wait!!The Hernandez Family

We always love coming down to El Cortez in Port Aransas, and this time around, we were not disappointed. Everything else had already been booked at the time, so we settled for Room #120. We were not disappointed... everything inside this little home was well furnished, and modern accommodations made everything feel so much easier and fun! Since this place is located close to the beach, we enjoyed our walks to and from, and every thing was very well kept!We loved our stay in room 120, and we'll definitely be booking this place again before others do...

My husband and I originally wanted something close to Port Aransas, but ultimately decided that the noise was too much for us, and settled with El Cortez 120. We were thoroughly surprised. Our stay was wonderful every second of the day, and we enjoyed everything this place had to offer. We wish we could give this place more stars, but five will have to do for now. Hopefully it is still available for next summer, as we'd love to come back down again and enjoy it to the fullest.
