EC127 at Mustang Island is a newly remodeled 2 story condo that offers all the amenities for a perfect beach vacation. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this spacious condo sleeps 8 and provides the perfect getaway for family or friends. Enjoy stainless steel appliances in the fully stocked kitchen, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster oven, and a dining area with barstools. The open living room is made up of a couch, two chairs, a TV, and a sliding glass door to the back patio. The king and queen rooms both have a dresser available to use. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin daybeds with pullout twin trundles. There are TVs with cable and Wi-Fi in every room and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Step out onto the balcony and take in the beautiful view of Mustang Island or take advantage of the shared pool and grilling area. You can easily access the beach via the boardwalk. Great little condo for me and me family to stay at while we were celebrating my mother's 75th B-day weekend. It was close to the beach, beautiful sunrise, house was clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking our next stay at that house if it is available
