This stunning unit boasts an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, perfect for entertaining and creating memories with loved ones. The kitchen is equipped with sleek stainless appliances, while the living area offers plenty of comfortable seating for relaxation after a day in the sun. Enjoy family meals or game night at the ample dining table. The second level features a unique setting area with a shuffleboard table, TV, and a deck, perfect for enjoying a drink and taking in the picturesque views. For even more breathtaking views, head up to the third-level observation deck and watch the stunning sunrises over the ocean. As an added bonus, this unit comes with a 6-passenger golf cart for your entire stay, making it easy and convenient to get around the island. Relax in the shared pool that is heated on weekends from Thanksgiving until Spring Break.

  • Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
  • Parking for 3 vehicles. No boats or trailers permitted. No parking in street.

In the off-season, between December thru the end of Spring Break,  the Pool is ONLY heated on the weekends, with the exception of the weeks of Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

Great townhouse. Pool is really nice and great on a hot day. Golf cart comes in handy and the beach gear credit was nice for cooler, chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again. Only con- description says there is a gas grill at townhouse, which there wasn’t. We made due but would’ve helped had we known.

The life in paradise team was outstanding when it came to the ease of the whole process from booking, checking in/out, gear rental and golf cart! The condo was very well done, clean, everything worked and functioned. The pool was incredible and much needed after getting wind blown at the beach. The condo is perfectly located to all the bars, restaurants, shops and beach access points. We did have an issue with our golf cart that was included with the stay, but upon contacting L.I.P. they swapped it out no questions asked. Would def recommend staying here! We will certainly return again!

Fabulous beach house and great customer service! The house was spacious, comfortable and so close to the beach and great restaurants. The decks were great for some quiet reading time, the kitchen had all the amenities and we all had plenty of space. The customer service from the time we booked to the time we checked out was also great. We can't wait to go back!
