Be the first to book this new three-story townhome located in the Endless Summer Resort, just 0.9 miles to the beach and 0.3 miles to restaurants. The heart of the home (kitchen/living/dining and master bedroom) is located on the second level. The open floor plan, ceramic tile floors, and tall ceilings are perfect for everyone to come together and entertain and are waiting on your memories. The kitchen is sure to please all chefs with plenty of lighting, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Duo Keurig coffee maker (uses grinds or k-cups), crock-pot, griddle, dishes, pots pans, and even BBQ utensils you can use to grill out with at the communal grill out by the pool. Dine beside the large window at the table with seating for four and additional stools for four more at the breakfast bar. Gather guests in the living room to watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV while seated on the large sectional couch (nestled inside is a queen sleeper if needed) with 2 extra chairs for additional seating. After a full day cruising town on the golf cart or at the beach, retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) consisting of a King bed &nightstands. The ensuite bathroom holds a large tile stand-alone shower and vanity. Up the stairs, to the third level, you will find the remaining bedrooms and another shared living area. The guest bedroom (BR2) contains a Queen bed, nightstand, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a spacious vanity and a large shower which is also accessible from the hallway. (BR3) Is an additional master with another King size bed, nightstand & wall-mounted TV. The private bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower combo. The shared living room provides an area for the kids to play on the classic NBA JAM or wind down watching a movie on the wall-mounted TV cuddled up on the Queen sofa sleeper or two chairs. Take in the breathtaking views of Port A and partial views of the ocean while having your morning coffee from the canvas-covered observation deck that can be accessed by the covered patio on this level. Head over to the shared pool, which is heated in the winter months, with a grotto and jetted ledge to cool off after a day at the beach. Sit under one of the multiple palapas with outdoor seating and picnic tables while drying off in the ocean breeze. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the island time state of mind.

This beach house was awesome and had so much space! We loved the location to the beach and restaurants. Golf cart was such a great amenity. Only negative…I booked this house also for the heated pool since my kids love to swim. We went down to pool our last nite and turns out the pool wasn’t heating and it was freezing water!!! My kids were a bit disappointed. Otherwise our stay was great and I would stay again.

The house was absolutely perfect. It was clean, and top notch! The bedding was comfortable and the layout is perfect for two families to come together and enjoy! We loved this house and will stay again! The only thing that was missing was trash bags and a sponge for dishes but likely just accidentally forgotten by cleaning staff who we know are so very busy and was an easy fix with a run to the IGA! There was plenty of towels, a washer and dryer if needed and a beautiful lookout view from the top story!

We had so much fun at Port A. The house was the perfect size for the family of 7 with all the needed items. The pool was great to get in after a day at the beach. The golf cart was definitely a must. We drove to the beach, drove to supper and then cruised around at night. So much fun and already planning our vacation there for next year.

Perfect area with convenient travel to all key locations in Port Aransas. Very good communication before and during arrival. Attention to detail is what they definitely are. Nothing overlooked. Well, this particular property is large for 6 to 8 people. It is perfect for just a couple.

Great place and location...with the supplied golf cart getting around was a breeze. Place had plenty of room. Only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Local food on the high end.. 20 minute drive to South Padre for Starbucks and other food places. Definitely would stay again.

This house was great. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The beds were super soft and comfortable. The storage closet had everything you need.to take to the beach, games,body boards, corn hole, chairs etc. The first day we went it was pouring rain and there were games in the closet and end table. I could go on and on about how great this house was. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great space, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and linens, big tv's, clean and modern beachy atmosphere, cool balcony spaces, nice well kept little pool area. Loved the unit. Life in Paradise also gave great service, second time we have rented a unit they manage. Any issues we found I reported to management and they quickly responded. Golf cart reservation included with unit was also nice, it's dropped off and picked up, one less task to deal with after arrival!

I've been using Life in Paradise to book my stays in Port Aransas for the last few years. Each time I go I'm more impressed. We booked the Endless Summers 204 and it was nothing short of amazing. All three rooms had their own bathroom which was perfect for my elderly MIL that came with us. My kids enjoyed the arcade game and both balconies. The rooms were clean, fresh, and stocked with everything we needed in regard to towels, trash bags and soap. My sister came over to visit and really liked the condo, we are planning to book it together our next trip down. The golf cart was super convenient and easy to use. 100/10.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house was very clean, well stocked and worked great for our large family. The community pool was very nice and the golf cart was awesome for trips to get dinner, ice cream and to the beach. We will definitely be back!
