 Don't miss this one!  This charming two story, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo is located in the Faith Harbor complex on Eleventh St. There is plenty of room for the family with sleeping for eight guests. It's one block from the beach, and yes, within walking distance. The first floor is composed of two bedrooms. The first bedroom (BR1) is implemented with a Queen bed, chest, closet and wall mounted TV. The next bedroom (BR2) is rounded out with two Twin beds, nightstand, closet and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom is comprised of a tub and granite vanity. It is also accessible by a separate hall door. The stackable washer and dryer are just down the hallway. The second floor is open for gathering. Prepare meals in the kitchen equipped with white appliances, coffee maker, pantry, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils.  Enjoy your freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for seven. Entertain in the large living room furnished with a leather couch, sofa and two matching arm chairs, all made for relaxing while watching a movie on the wall mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom (BR3) is outfitted with a King bed, nightstand, chest, wall mounted TV and a desk, beneficial for those who work from home or for children and their distance learning assignments. The ensuite bathroom is appointed with a vanity and shower with bench and glass door.  Guests have access to the garage where the charcoal grill is housed. This condo sits 0.5 miles to the beach and 0.9 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Every thing was great! The place was so close to everything on the island. Pool was clean and cool. We were very comfortable we will definetly be back soon!

We are a 3-generation family and visited Port A for Thanksgiving. The Blue Heron unit gave us a perfect setting, comfortable and quiet with space to be together and also apart when that was appropriate. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the equipment to prepare a turkey dinner with 7 sides. Be sure to bring all the food you need, there are none of the extras you sometimes get like oil and sugar. I totally understand that that policy helps keep the unit clean.Will definitely rent from Life in Paradise again.

This unit was perfect for our family. Close to the beach. Had a small water snafu but maintenance came super quickly. Would certainly recommend!!!

Clean, comfortable, convenient , and cool. Beach was close enough and the pool was across the street. Really nice house. Could use another king bed downstairs, but we made it work. Perfect and planning on coming back the same week after Memorial Day.

Came down to Port A with the grown kids for a quick get a way. Townhouse was all the add said it was and more. Beds were comfy, kitchen had plenty of room. Pool was a great add. Love coming to Port A and the beach, this place is so close to the beach too. We will come back.
