This Mustang Royale Property is the perfect place for rest and relaxation!

This cottage-style beach house has a master bedroom (BR1) which features a king-size bed, dresser in the closet for your beach attire. with an ensuite bathroom. The Master bathroom has double vanities and a stand-alone shower. The two guest bedrooms (BR2) & (BR3) have Queen size beds and share a bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked, including a Wet Bar to the side and Keurig. The kitchen includes extra bar seating as well. The kitchen opens up to the dining room with seating for 5 and a large living area with a comfortable sleeper sofa, 80" flat-screen TV and plenty of room for entertaining. Cable TV and Wi-Fi access available. A stackable washer/dryer unit is tucked neatly away in a hall closet for your use. An outdoor deck wraps around the front and side of the home. The garage has been converted into a game room with a ping pong table, foosball table, and TV (with Roku). Step in the backyard and enjoy a coastal oasis with your Tiki bar and Rooftop Deck. Mustang Royale has a Community Pool and you can walk to the beach or drive your golf cart on the boardwalk.

The lodgings provided by life in Paradise were nearly perfect. Any flaw was minor. The location is stellar and having the Cart included was a real bonus. A short trip over the boardwalk and we were in the water. The home was clean and well maintained. I would have liked an additional parking space (rock the front yard?) so we didn't have to keep rearranging vehicles, but as I said, this was a minor inconvenience. It was only my wife and myself so there was plenty of room, but I suspect even with more guests the ample kitchen would be more than adequate. All in all, it was a great stay and i will certainly try and book this property adain.

This house was ADORABLE! The Ned's were comfortable and it had everything we needed during our stay. The golf cart was lots of fun but I will say it can be a bit tricky getting it down the boardwalk. It's not built for width to accommodate 2 carts so we kept having to reverse to allow oncoming carts through. Other than that everything was perfect. It's close to all shops and restaurants. The permanent neighbors next door were so friendly, and the hot tub was added bonus. I'm already planning to book again for my elderly parents.the fact that it didn't have sstairs is perfect if you have a family member with knee issues. Loved it!

We had a great time at the beach this year! We have come every year with our family since my grand daughter was born and it just gets better. We actually stayed in the same house last year and continue to love it. The neighborhood is great with a pool close by, a boardwalk with convenient access and the one story house works for us with the babies. We love the convenience of having the golf cart and beach supplies delivered to our vacation home. We will be booking soon for next year!

We enjoyed this rental for our Labor Day weekend getaway. It is spacious and provided plenty of space for our three families. Beach and pool time provided a great time for all. The included golf cart and hot tub were a bonus, along with the beach equipment we were able to order and have delivered for use during our stay. The game room in the garage was too hot to enjoy but would be fun in cooler weather. Would stay again.

Property was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues. 1.) Sleeper sofa mattress was stained & bed frame would not level out properly. Margaritaville machine was moldy & we couldn't use. I would book again

Renting a golf cart is so handy. Nice clean house with a great location, but if you say it's fully stocked then there should be at least salt, pepper, laundry detergent. The double oven burns things until you figure out how to adjust the times and temperatures.

This was a perfect house for three ladies wanting to get away and relax. The cart included was a definite bonus. The house was very clean, the neighborhood quiet (during off season), and we also enjoyed the hot tub. The house has no condiments, foil/plastic wrap, etc., which is fine, but just plan to bring those things if you will be using them.

This was our first time staying further down the island, and we will definitely do it again! Cart access to and from the beach was easy. The drive from marker 39 to town was quicker than you may think. The property itself was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this location! The porch hammock swings got lots of use in the evenings with the ocean breeze. Great location close to the boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay!

The place was absolutely stunning! So worth the price! My baby got stung by a jellyfish though and there wasn't any vinegar on site! I feel like this should exist in every VRBO or Air BNB. Basic first aid kit as well and some laundry detergent. Otherwise, it was amazing and we will try to be back! We left our vinegar behind! Those man of wars are no joke!

Beautiful home with lots of space for family time inside and out. A quick,fun golf cart ride to the beach and about a 15 minute golf cart ride to Port A restaurants, ice cream, grocery store and fun shops! We will definitely go back and would book this house again!

We really enjoyed this place. It was not perfect but we would stay here again. We stayed here mainly because it has a private hot tub and a free golf cart and it was well worth it! Just because of those things we would stay here again. It was just my husband and I so we only used the primary bedroom. The bed was way too soft and I like soft. However, I would prefer too soft over too hard. It was so soft it got hot. The other negative was there were sugar ants in the kitchen. They came out when the faucet was turned on. Then we noticed them in drawers and in the dishwasher.

You definitely need a golf cart for the beach and it was nice that the golf cart came with it. We visited in November and the hot tub was perfect. It was the best time of year to visit. Not crowded and great weather. I’m sure the sugar ant problem will be fixed. We did report it once we left as it wasn’t a huge deal to us to have it fixed while we were there but it might be a big deal to someone else.

The amenities are well worth it and we would be back. My new favorite weekend getaway!

We stayed here in late May 2020 with our daughter's family. Four adults and two children. Breezy Palms was perfect! Very close to beach and the golf cart was a huge plus with carting our beach toys. Kitchen was well equiped, beds comphy and tiki bar darlin! We'll be back :)
We had to call about Hot Tub (sunscreen film from last guests) and management was on it within a few hours. Thanks so much as our young boys loved playing in it while we grilled.

Great house! Great location! Very clean and with perfect decor. Roomy, cold AC, huge kitchen. The staff at Life in Paradise were amazing and ready to assist or accommodate however they could. Having the washer and dryer was a huge benefit. The hot tub could definitely use attention the water smells and could use treating or replacing. The community pool was stagnant and dirty. There were speakers throughout the entire house inside and out, but no way to use them. The master bedroom is the only room without a TV, but it’s the beach so who needs a TV. We will stay here again! One last thing, the landscaping could use attention as it’s a little overgrown.

To sum it up, if you want a really nice, spacious, super cold AC, great curb appeal, nice golf cart, close to the beach, clean, updated appliances and furniture....the Breezy Palms at 193 Mustang Royale is your place and will be our favorite for years to come.
