The BLUE MARLIN is a beach house in the charming Gulf of Mexico beachside neighborhood of Mustang Royale. All 3 bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms. It boasts ample outdoor sitting areas for relaxing.

This is an adorable, single-story cottage, perfect for a romantic get-away for a couple, a great fishing trip for friends, or an easy vacation or escape for a family or group of up to ten people. There are three cozy bedroom suites with private ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms (BR1) & (BR2) have queen size beds and the third (BR3) has two sets of twin over full bunk beds. Each bedroom has a tv and plenty of storage for your beach attire. There is a full kitchen with a Keurig, appliances and cookware to meet your culinary needs. The kitchen is open to the dining room which has seating for six. The stackable washer/dryer is neatly tucked into a closet off of the dining area. The living room has ample seating and a queen-size sleeper sofa, HD LCD TV/DVD player and a new Wii. There is a deck above the garage with a view, wrap-around decks with an outdoor shower (hot and cold water), a large covered front porch and a screened-in side porch. The pet-friendly backyard is fenced with a charcoal grill on the back patio.

The Blue Marlin house was perfect for our family of five. Cute, beachy decor and the screened in porch was a big bonus. Beds were comfortable, and all three rooms had a en suite bath. Wonderful location near the boardwalk and the neighborhood pool. Responsive management.

We loved the house. It was almost perfect! It’s very nicely decorated and comfy. Showers/tub worked great, as did everything else that we used. The included golf cart and beach equipment rental credit made it an even more awesome stay.

Thank You for allowing us to stay in the Blue Marlin Beach House, It was a wonderful week near the beach for our family get together. The House is very cute and having access to the Golf Cart made it a fun and great experience. Loved the little screened in sitting area and the garage roof top sun deck. Everyone was very pleased with the house, it was equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stress free vacation and fun on the beach. Love The Life in Paradise staff, everyone was wonder fully helpful in addressing any needs or concerns.

Lovely house, sticky front door

Everything was clean and ready for our stay. Plenty of dishes and silverware and cooking items! Access to the beach and pool was ideal, and the golf cart is a welcome part of the rental, just watch out for the deep soft sand! The front door, though, need some adjusting. It was very hard to open and close because the door was binding the frame so that closing it required a lot of force. Our family had a fabulous time, and we hope the door issue can be resolved so the next renters can give 5 stars!

We had a wonderful visit. Very affordable. One story home so there were no stairs to climb multiple times a day. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Very close to the beach. 15 minute walk!An excellent experience and very affordable. Highly recommend this!!!

Family Fun Rental

We rented the Blue Marlin with another family (our \"quarantine buddies/inner circle) to enjoy for our annual beach trip before the start of the school year. The location of the house is fantastic - it's an easy walk or short cart ride to a boardwalk that's wide enough for carts to drive on. The 3 bed/3 bath configuration worked great for our families and the screened in porch quickly became the teen's hangout area of choice. Loved the convenience of having an outdoor shower and hose for a quick rinse after returning from the beach. Cart rental for the week was easy to arrange and was there when we arrived at the property. The kitchen was well equipped, except for a lack of pantry/cupboard space for storing groceries, but we managed just fine. The deck on the rooftop of the garage was a nice location for some star-gazing at night, though not the most private location. Overall, I would recommend this house for families or possibly even a girls weekend.

This house was perfect for our family. Very nice & Clean. We did have one little problem the water heater went out BUT the maint crew was on property right away to take care of the situation. So overall I give this property a Excellent over all review.

Great little house, prefect for the 9 of us that stayed there. We will be back. Although you are close enough to walk, I would definitely get the golf cart for your entire stay. It just makes getting everything and everyone down to the beach very easy.

We had a very relaxing vacation in Port A. Life in paradise was over the top accommodating !!! We planned our vacation the sa,e time Hurricane Hannah decided to come... we knew we needed to get there before or delay our vacation for 3 days. The LIP worked with us to get there early.... and we made it.

House was as described, cute & clean. It is a little farther out from town so did not take golf cart into town to eat etc. We had a group of nine and there was plenty of space without feeling cramped. The only negative was hot water ran out but that is expected based on the number of guests. Shower heads are a little too high for short people :) Overall excellent property and would recommend and book again. Second time booking with Life In Paradise, very satisfied.

It was amazing. Perfect weather, no crowds, pet friendly. The house is 3 bedrooms each with their own bath. The house is well stocked with towels, dishes, pots and pans. Walked to the beach several times a day.

What a great place for a family getaway. The property had everything you’d need for a home away from home. It was spotless and every bed was super comfortable! The yard and decking was a great place for our family dog to get his outside time while off leash. The only down side is we had spotty cell and internet service, which is not always a bad thing when on vacation.

Our family loved staying at the Blue Marlin House! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun stay. There was a wide range of games and books for all ages. It was also a close walk to the beach and the pool. Everything was clean and stocked. There was an ant problem in the kitchen that they were working on (ant traps were set out), but that was the only negative of our stay. I would recommend staying here!
