‘Impressive Views” from this 11th-floor three-bedroom, two- and one-half bath condo at the newly renovated Mustang Towers Condos.
Step inside the Bayside entrance; to your left is BD1) this room is complete with two full-size beds, a nightstand with a lamp, a small chest for clothes, a closet, and a TV with Spectrum cable.
Down the hall to the right is BD2) it has a set of twin-size bunk beds, a full-size bed, a nightstand, a small chest, a closet, and a tv with Spectrum cable.
Between the two bedrooms is a bathroom; it has a tiled tub/shower combo and a quartz vanity with a drop-in sink.
Down the hall to the right is a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use while you are staying with us.
Across the hall to the left is the half bath. The kitchen on the right has everything you need to create an excellent meal.
All stainless-steel appliances, including a regular drip, and a Keurig coffee maker.
The open concept living/dining area is next, with an ample size dining table, seating for six, with two extra bar stools in the kitchen bar area.
The living area has a very snug sofa, two large-sized chairs, a TV with Spectrum cable, and an electric fireplace for heat and a cozy ambiance.
The Master bedroom is next with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a chest, and a TV with Spectrum cable.
The ensuite full bath has a specialty walk-in tub, a handheld shower, and granite countertops with a sink. The master also has glass sliding doors to the balcony outside, as well as the living area.
Sit out here and enjoy the gorgeous view of the beach, and the Gulf of Mexico, as it spreads out to the horizon.

There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked not to throw thrash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicapped and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boats, trailers, or Jet Ski’s they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.

A beautiful and well-appointed suite for my family. Lots of sleeping space for all eight of us. Perfect pool and lovely view of the ocean from our deck. Kitchen was fairly well-equipped,but lacked a toaster. Single serve Keurig coffee maker was perfect for us. We were pleased to find 3 folding chairs for the beach. We would have loved to stay longer.

Mustang Towers #1101 served as a great vacation rental! The condo was so clean and comfortable. FYI: No toaster or pot to cook (pasta/boil water) and very few eating utensils were provided, so bring your own if you need them. We would definitely book another vacation here!

The condo was perfect! It's beautiful, so much storage, view is the best! We didn't want to leave. Thank you so much for a wonderful home away from home! Only suggestion-need towel racks and pots and utensils. Looks newly remodeled so maybe just not quite finished but didn't bother us AT ALL.

You guys saved my trip, I wish I could remember the lady that helped me out but she was amazing.I rented out a place from Port A Escape-Vacation and they screwed me, showed up to a house sitting at 98 degrees and AC not working.I'm actually kinda glad it happened because the view and location of the tower IS PERFECT.Thank you and I hope next year I'll be able to grab a place here again.

The condo had an amazing view, was very clean and the staff had us checked in midday. They were quick to respond to a service call. A short walk to the beach and with great hosts. There was plenty of space we were a family of 8 and were very comfortable. Tons of storage and easy to prepare and cook meals. Port A was close enough but far enough to escape the Spring Break crowd. If you are looking for a good gym I would recommend Texas Strong Fitness in Aransas Pass. You can access the gym 24 hours with a key fob and complete all pre-paperwork online. It's near HEB in Aransas Pass. This is the second property we have stayed in with Life in Paradise and have had great experiences. We look forward to using them again in the future. Great trip and thank you!

The unit was wonderful, except that the beds were too high without a stepstool. I felt that the cleaning fee was too expensive; it should be lower with an add-on for messy renters. The staff person on site was wonderful as was the person who took my call the week prior to the stay. The facility is very nice; I plan to come back. Thank you!
