Beachfront, 15th floor condo, with boardwalk to the beach and pool
 

Enjoy an incredible ocean view at MT1504, a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation condo that sleeps 8 comfortably.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all your culinary needs.  At MT1504 you are walking distance to the beach just over the boardwalk and a short 10-minute drive to Port A. Come see all Mustang Towers has to offer!

Please bring coffee, filters, K-cups. 
 

Mustang Towers Amenity Access and Important Information:

  • Large, shared pool & hot tub
  • Shared propane grill located by the pool & charcoal grills located on the right side of the building (please bring charcoal)
  • Coffee Bar
  • Ping Pong table
  • Boardwalk to the beach  (BOARDWALK TO BEACH HAS TEMPORARY STEPS, NO RAMP UNTIL REPAIRS CAN BE COMPLETED) 
  • Fish cleaning hut
  • Boat Parking (first come, first serve basis in back of parking lot)
  • Rinse station at beginning of boardwalk & inside pool area.
  • All units have a private balcony w/ beach view.
  • In unit washer/dryers, Laundry detergent not provided. 
  • Minimum age to rent is 25, ID Required
  • No pets of any kind allowed.
  • 2 Elevators
  • This property is NOT accessible by golf cart.

This condo is right on the beach, has a pool, parking and other facilities. We had fun here. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was awesome. 2.5 bath room and 3 bedrooms for 5 ladies. Enough beds for everyone. Our group loved being in the top floor. And we all enjoyed the hot tub. We will return.

Unit was beautiful…..view is breathtaking…. You feel like you're living in the sky. The unit had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We will definitely be leasing this unit again for another girl's weekend!

The unit covered everything we needed and gave good beach access. (A little variety for the coffee cups might be nice; go to the junk shops and get a few!).

So happy to be able to stay at our favorite place again! Condo was nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely recommend #1504 to anyone that loves a view and a great condo!

Condo is beautiful - we had a great time. Very comfortable and everything you could need was there. We would definitely stay again.However - the housekeeping before us left several dirty dishes - examples - the sheet pan still had grease / oil on it and the circles visible from either biscuits or cookies - and a spatula in the drawer still had a good amount of dried eggs on it. We just washed things and enjoyed the visit nevertheless. Also, door to master bedroom (sliding pocket door) needs repair.
