“Magnificent Views” from Mustang Towers Unit 401!! This elegantly decorated 3/2.5 condo will have you feeling the ocean vibes of relaxation, with colors of blues, tans, and a little hint of sunset orange.
Enter from the bay side door and directly to your left is BD1) this bedroom consists of 2 twin and 1 queen size bed, nightstand lamps, a small chest for clothing, a closet, TV w/Spectrum cable, and WIFI. Then to your left again is BD2) this room has a queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, a small desk, a small chest, a closet, a TV w/Spectrum cable, and WIFI. BA1) is a full bath between the 2 bedrooms and is complete with a tub/shower combo and a sink with a granite countertop.
Across the hall is the laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer for your use.
Down the hall to your left is the kitchen, with all appliances and everything you need to prepare your family meals, both a drip and a Keurig-style coffee maker completes the kitchen. The half bath is across the hall from the kitchen. The living/dining area is an open concept, the dining table has seating for 6 with 2 additional barstools in the kitchen bar area.
The living area has a sofa and matching loveseat, end tables, lamps, coffee table, TV w/Spectrum Cable, and WIFI.
The BD3) master bedroom is off the living room, and is complete with a king bed, built-in cabinets with reading lights all around the bed, there is a walk-in closet right inside the ensuite full bath. BA2) The master bath has a sink with a granite countertop and a beautiful tiled walk-in shower.
Back out in the bedroom, there is access to the deck outside that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, you can see the beach, watch the waves roll up, or watch the birds soar thru the air… You may also access this deck from the living area as well.
There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep.
There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked not to throw thrash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m.
To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building.
On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicapped and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boats, trailers, or Jet Ski’s they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.

The condo is beautiful, even better than the pictures online! We had just about everything we needed and the boardwalk access to the beach was perfect, so close. The only thing I would recommend is that there be a shower curtain in the master bath so the water doesn't splash out onto the rug. We VERY much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!! The communication from the property owner/manager was excellent, too. THANK YOU!!!!!

This was our second stay at Mustang Towers. Our goal was to go to the beach with minimal diffiulties with our four grandkids from 2 to 8 years of age. Mission accomplished. Location is about 8 miles from restaurants and grocery stores so plan accordingly. There were fragile items in the room that should be removed to make room kid-friendly. Room was quiet and location seemed safe. Did not go to the pool but some shaded areas should be developed. Will stay there again.

We have been coming to Port Aransas for years and this property was hands down the best place we have ever stayed. Unit 401 is beautifully decorated with all the conveniences of home. The Gulf views from the living room and the master bedroom are spectacular. Gulf views can also be seen from bedroom two and three. The cleanliness of the unit was impressive. I have stayed at several condos in the area and by far unit 401 is #1.

This was great rental for our family.The balcony and view of the beach was amazing.The condo itself was clean with high-quality furnishings.The kitchen was fully functional and had everything we needed for cooking all our meals.The TVs and WiFi service worked well.We will consider staying here again.Thanks.

The condo was very clean and beautiful great storage places great places to put our clothes and anything that we had it fit all our people in our party perfectly we even had an extra bed the only thing that I would report is the big TV and the first guest bathroom closest to the door to the front door it does not work at all you can tell he's getting power but there is no picture so my kids were not able to watch TV at all in their room and then and the master it was not able to get any cable so I had to set up Amazon for my parents but other than that it was a great condo had everything we needed beautiful view we thank you so much for letting us stay there and we hope to come back soon

Loved our stay at Mustang Towers! We came every summer from 1993-2010 as our 4 kids grew up. NOW, we are beginning the next generation of Burgdorfs at Mustand Towers! Brought our 3 grandkids and our family for 3 marvelous days at the beach. The condo was perfect, very clean, when we had an issue with the AC, a repairman was on site within the hour and had the AC fixed. We are hopeful to return Summer 2024!

We have been vacationing at Mustang Towers since 1987. We had a great experience in condo 401. Everything was clean and the condo is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The only complaints were that the AC was scheduled to turn off at night and we didn't know how to change this and the reminder about checkout came at 12.19Am instead of pm. All in all a 4 star stay.

Over the last 20 years we have stayed at Mustang Towers at least 10 times. Condo 401 was the best condo we have stayed in. Remodel was well done. The only issue was the mattresses in the Master and the middle bedroom are a bit rough, but the rest of the place was great.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was updated, well decorated and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and there was nothing lacking. We had a wonderful ocean view and beach access was a short boardwalk away. The only improvement I might suggest would be ceiling fans in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. My kids said they slept a bit too warm! Check in was a breeze, we were simply texted a code lock. Management was quick to text back when we had questions. The only issue we had was that we left early morning on checkout day and were sent checkout instructions a hour after we were already gone! It would have been nice to get those instructions the night before so we could have planned for it, and completed them. Overall a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend.
