Welcome to Old Town Cottages - your gateway to the perfect Port Aransas getaway! Nestled in the heart of Old Town, our 18 charming cottages await to provide you with a memorable vacation experience.  Each of our 18 individual cottages offers a comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, accommodating up to 8 guests.  Our cottages are centered around a tranquil courtyard, where you'll find a shared pool, charcoal grills, picnic tables, a pool house with 2 restrooms, and ice/vending machines. Feel free to unwind, grill up some delectable meals, or just enjoy quality time with your loved ones.  We understand that your four-legged family members are important too. Old Town Cottages are pet-friendly, so your furry friends can join in on the fun. As an added bonus, each cottage comes with a 4-seater golf cart for the duration of your stay. It's an excellent way to explore the town and easily reach the beach, making your vacation even more enjoyable.  Old Town Cottages are ideally situated within walking distance of charming shops, delicious restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of Port Aransas. When it's time to hit the beach, a short golf cart ride will take you to the pristine sandy shores of the Gulf Coast.  Whether you're planning a family vacation, a friends' getaway, or a reunion, Old Town Cottages are the perfect choice. You can rent multiple cottages to accommodate large groups while enjoying your private spaces.

This place was very well equipped with everything we needed..... the distance to all the restaurants were very convenient, and we enjoyed our stay in Port Aransas.... lots of things to do here, and the 4 seater golf cart was a plus. We can't wait to come back again, such a wonderful little unit, perfect for our needs.....

Beautiful little townhome, stuffed with everything we needed for our three month stay in South Texas. Port Aransas is a very beautiful town filled with life and fun things to do, especially with the many festivals and fun activities to do around here. My husband and I are very honored to be called Winter Texans, and a part of us will always live here with them. We want to thank the owners of this unit for letting us stay in their beautiful little cottage, and we will definitely be coming back, God willing.

The 4 seater golf cart was an awesome plus to this unit. The beds were comfortable, and the living room fit our needs just fine. We're glad we picked out this little place, since it was also a perfect opportunity to make new friends. The community grill was also a perfect place to gather around at night and have fun with the other residents. Loved every second of it. We'll be coming back once more next Winter.
