Welcome to Old Town Cottages - your gateway to the perfect Port Aransas getaway! Nestled in the heart of Old Town, our 18 charming cottages await to provide you with a memorable vacation experience.  Each of our 18 individual cottages offers a comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, accommodating up to 8 guests.  Our cottages are centered around a tranquil courtyard, where you'll find a shared pool, charcoal grills, picnic tables, a pool house with 2 restrooms, and ice/vending machines. Feel free to unwind, grill up some delectable meals, or just enjoy quality time with your loved ones.  We understand that your four-legged family members are important too. Old Town Cottages are pet-friendly, so your furry friends can join in on the fun. As an added bonus, each cottage comes with a 4-seater golf cart for the duration of your stay. It's an excellent way to explore the town and easily reach the beach, making your vacation even more enjoyable.  Old Town Cottages are ideally situated within walking distance of charming shops, delicious restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of Port Aransas. When it's time to hit the beach, a short golf cart ride will take you to the pristine sandy shores of the Gulf Coast.  Whether you're planning a family vacation, a friends' getaway, or a reunion, Old Town Cottages are the perfect choice. You can rent multiple cottages to accommodate large groups while enjoying your private spaces.

This is our 3rd time staying in OTC #9 but definitely the best. Since LIP took over the property this unit is a definite step up. The cottage was very clean,A/C cool,loads of towels, ice machine brimming, pool pristine and golf cart ready to ride! Our FAVORITE place!! We'll be back!

Best vacation ever even though we got rained out and couldn’t go to the beach the last 2 days. The cottage was so relaxing. I will definitely use you guys next vacation.

These cottages are in the perfect location between places to eat, bars and the beach! You can walk almost anywhere if need be, but they also come with a golf cart which we thought was cool. The condo was perfect for us & now that I know I can book it directly I will!

This cottage was perfect for me and my wife and kids! We had our own space and the kids loved the bunk room. The pool is shared but only with the surrounding units and only a few were booked so it was basically private! Loved it!
