Rockin' Pelican is newly remodeled and sits in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street. Located in town, it is within walking distance to the Community Pool, park with a playground and dog park, 0.6 miles to restaurants, shops, and nightlife, and a quick 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Rockin' Pelican has a warm and inviting feel as you walk in the door. The comfortable couches and matching armchairs are made for relaxing and watching movies on the TV with cable, one of the couches is also a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped to meet your cooking needs with spacious countertops, appliances, crisp white cabinets, wood embellishment accent on the walls, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy your freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for six. Sip your morning coffee on the covered balcony while taking in glimpses of the ships passing in the channel or gaze at the sunset in the ocean breeze. Seek refuge in the guest room (BR1) made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, and a luggage rack. Kids will love sleeping in the second guest room (BR2) on the Twin over Full bunk bed with the use of a chest, closet, and armchair. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR3) outfitted with a King bed, closet, and nightstands. The ensuite bathroom is appointed with a vanity and shower. The washer and dryer are located downstairs for your use. Take advantage of the seating below under the large covered patio/grilling area for evening meals, visiting, and entertaining. The kids have plenty of room to run around the grand backyard and enjoy the brand new beautiful private pool. Ample parking for 2 vehicles and boat/watercraft.

The pool can be heated for $100.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay.
Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
Golf Cart Included for the entire stay, Short Term Rentals Only, Subject to a $10.00 fuel charge.
$95 pet fee per pet, limit 2 pets.

We absolutely loved staying at the Rockin’ Pelican! It was equipped with any and everything we could have needed for our vacation. The kitchen had every utensil and dish we needed, every appliance worked great. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was very clean. The golf cart was an awesome thing to have and so handy! The POOL was our favorite part! It was so beautiful and welcoming. I read other reviews that there was no washer and dryer but to our surprise it had one right off the pool area. We had a couple of damages that occurred prior to our arrival and the woman who stopped by at arrival was great to take note and assure us we wouldn’t be charged for it. The location of the house is perfect, not too far from the main streets and on a very quiet cul de sac. The only downfall was the mosquitoes on the last night, I know that’s out of the control of Life in Paradise but the mosquitoes were so bad we couldn’t even walk outside without being swarmed. All in all we would definitely stay here again!

We really loved this house! It had pretty much everything that we needed! The inside was very clean and pretty. The outside space was perfect for our family! The only thing that we missed was the waterfall in the pool. It didn't come on the whole time that we were there. We will definitely be back!

This house was well thought out and supplied all the necessities and more. The fully fenced, private yard with a gorgeous pool was a treat for lazy mornings and after the beach. I can't wait to come stay again. The neighborhood was much quieter than places I have stayed in the past and had a nice residential feel.

We had a wonderful time visiting Port Aransas again. We hate to leave every time. The house was great. plenty of room for all 6 of us. The pool was definitely a plus! The only thing that I would suggest would be to add a washer and dryer for the convenience of washing our clothes without going to a laundry center.

This rental is our favorite in Port A! Amazing location, close to everything, and the house is perfect. The kitchen has everything you need. Tons of parking. And we love the sunsets and ship watching from the front porch. 5 Stars!

Great place to stay. It says it sleeps nine and we actually had nine people on one night. The couple who got the pull-out sleeper said it wasn't bad at all. The kitchen was nicely supplied. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for five and there was no shortage of cookware, dining ware, and utensils. Nice big porch from which you can see the big ships sailing up and down the Corpus Christi Ship Channel. Walking distance to the community pool and skate park. 1.4 miles almost straight shot to the beach.

Love this place and your service, just going to have to change location next time. House is so beautiful and love the location, just need updates on the beds and would be nice if they had washer and dryers for us too use.. Everything else was great thanks again.
