RA - 10 is a beautiful townhome that features 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa downstairs. This home includes modern interior décor with an open living area and full kitchen on the second floor. Located in the Old Town area of Las Palmeras, this community provides a shared swimming pool suitable for families or adults only. RA-10 is less than a half-mile to the heart of downtown and less than a mile to the beach. As you enter this home downstairs, you will love the privacy you will have when there are extra guests with you.  The downstairs living area is furnished with a couch which also converts to a sofa sleeper and a wall-mounted TV for watching movies. A hall bathroom serves this floor with a vanity and tub/shower. The first bedroom (BR1) holds a Queen bed with a closet and a wall-mounted TV. Tucked neatly in a hall closet sit the full-size stacked washer and dryer to use during your stay. Relax and sit on the outdoor furniture. The shared pool is a short walk away to cool off after a day of shopping.

Upstairs the townhome opens up dramatically with a large open great room. There is plenty of space for large groups to be able to hang out together in the common areas. An extremely comfortable couch along with a love seat and matching chair will have you relaxing with your friends in no time.  The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances such as a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, island breakfast bar, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, assorted cookware, and everything you need to cook a meal in paradise. Savor your freshly cooked meals at the table with seating for six and an additional four stools at the breakfast bar.  Take your morning coffee out to the second-story back balcony and let the sea breeze whisk your worries away. The second bedroom (BR2) is furnished with a King bed, a chest for your clothing, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR3) which is outfitted with a King Bed, nightstands, TV, and a chest for your vacation clothing, and an ensuite bathroom with a large tile shower with a glass door. 

 The beach of Port Aransas stretches 18 miles! Port Aransas offers year-round activities from Sportfishing to parasailing, birding, dolphin watching, biking, and Kayaking. Port Aransas is home to the only seaside golf course in Texas. Port Aransas has year-round festivals such as Beachtober Fest, the Whooping Crane Festival, and the legendary Texas Sandfest!

Beautiful home in Port A. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, beautiful kitchen and location. Everything was within close proximity in town. This house helped make our vacation great so we could all be together. We will hopefully be returning customers next summer as well!

We have been vacationing every February except one for the past 12 years and this is probably the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. Plus we have never rented through Life In Paradise, and they are probably the best of all the rental agencies in the area. They were very quick to respond to any need that we had. We hope to rent from them again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for 8 nights and it was great. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels and I loved the fact that there was plenty of hand soap and dish soap. The property has been decorated well and furnishings were comfortable. A few suggestions: installing interior deadbolt locks or some kind of locking device besides the coded lock for the inside. Our youngest daughter planned to sleep downstairs, but we did not feel comfortable leaving her downstairs without an interior deadbolt or even a safety latch from the inside, so she ended up sleeping on the couch upstairs. Also, there were no cleaning supplies (other than soap), I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean countertops, and it would have been nice to vacuum especially since we were there for so long. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would recommend this property.

This was our first time to be in Port A during the winter. We loved the house! It was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. It is located in Old Town, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, the marina, grocery store, coffee, etc! The beach is about 1 mile away. Life in Paradise was great! We'll be back!

It was a lovely townhome that was close to everything (The beach, the grocery store, restraunts). The townhome was immaculate. The community it was located in was beautiful with palm trees everywhere. It was a dream come true. Thank you.

Very comfortable town home. Nice shared pool.Management co provided very nice linens and towels. Golf cart was optional, saw the one the neighbors rented from Life in Paradise, next time we will get one.No Problems!!!!
