This unique and beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom/ 2.5 Bath home is perfect for your next family vacation. Gather in the living room on the plush couches (one converts to a sleeper sofa) while watching your favorite movie on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The additional bar height table and two chairs can double as extra seating or as distance learning/ home office. For your convenience, there is a half bath in the hallway. Try out your culinary skills in the full kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and a standard coffee maker. Dine at the table with seating for 4. There is an additional table with two chairs to accommodate more. Step out into the screened-in back porch to sip your morning coffee, admire the beautiful landscaping and cook the day's catch on the grill while relaxing in the outdoor dining atmosphere. Venture upstairs where the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, dresser and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a vanity and tile shower. The guest bedroom (BR2) consists of a Queen bed, chest, and TV. The bunk room (BR3) has a twin daybed with a twin trundle and a closet. Both of these rooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower and vanity. Cool off in the shared pool or drive 0.9 miles to the beach. Come and play, book today!

We loved the house, it was so cute. The back patio could use some tlc,but the screened porch was great. Its not far from the beach,we would definitely rent this house again.

A Gem in Paradise

Awesome place for a vacation in Port A. Beds were comfortable and the place was well stocked. Bottom floor with kitchen and living room were very comfortable and half bath was nice. One of the sofas will fold out into a sleeper. The top floor with the bedrooms with very nice. Master bedroom does have its own full bathroom. Another full bathroom serves the remaining two bedrooms. Can walk to the beach if you want but we always drive and its less than 5 minutes. If you are parking on the beach be sure and get a beach parking permit for $12, better than getting a ticket. Things to be aware of before you stay:
Second bedroom has twin bunk beds with a closet conataining shelves for clothing. Third bedroom had a full size bed but no closet. There was a shelf unit however to hold what you need. Does have a washer and dryer but you will need to bring/buy detergent. If you dont like really thin tolilet paper, bring your own. They do have extra trash bags but you might want to bring a few extra of your own. Same holds true for paper towels and napkins. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. If you want to use the dishwasher you might want to bring/buy your own detergent. Air conditioner works great. It was a perfect place for us and should be for you as well.

The house was nice! The screened in porch was super nice and we spent a lot of time in there. My only complain is the thermostat was ran by the owner I assume and it was hot in there the whole time! I was dripping sweat trying to blow dry my hair! We woke up burning up. I let LIP know twice, who contacted the owner for the Nest Thermostat but it was never corrected. Besides being hot, everything else was really nice.

Our house was very comfortable. The kitchen was a fun place to hang out. It was big, bright and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Nice work space for cooking and a huge table for dining or playing cards or making a quilt. We enjoyed meeting the nice neighbors and our easy 11th street walk to the beach. The screened in patio was especially comfortable for reading or cooling off on warm days.

This was the first house we stayed in in Port A. It was just as clean and nice in person as it was on the pictures. We arrived a few hours early prior to check in and they were still cleaning up from the prior renters. They took their time making sure everything was clean to their standards! It was for sure. All the linens were clean, dishes and bathrooms. After we took our showers the first night we noticed the drain in the guest bath was slow, they came within a couple hours of calling and got it working right away. This house has everything you could think of, so read online what its equipped with before you pack up your home and bring extra stuff! WE will definitely return to this house again! Thank you for such a great experience!

The house is quiet and perfect for a getaway. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable to make sure you get a good nights sleep after a long day at the beach. Great central location the everything Padre Island has to offer.

A nice little house, clean and well kept. The kitchen area was large and had all we needed to cook our meals. There is a small community pool for the complex and the beach was close. We also appreciated the outside shower for rinsing off the sand and salt before going in the house.

The place was very easy to find. It was cleared marked which was helpful as we had never been to the island before. The rental property was clean and very presentable. We had a great time. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened patio. Thank you for all the supplies given. The only concern was the one time we used the washer/dryer the washer didn't spin the clothes and the were soaked and then dryer didn't dry them well. We handled and hung the clothes outside. thanks for a great rental experience and we would love to come back again.

cozy beach house

This house was cute and just the right size for 2 adults and 3 big kids. The queen bed was not the most comfy but it was okay. The bunk beds were also very shaky. The pool and outdoor shower were nice ammenities. A short drive or golf cart ride to the beach. Two vintage bikes were available to use, kids enjoyed those ( but they are adult sized). Loved the beachy decor of the house.

Cute little cottage

This place is super cute. It is clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and it's on a relatively quiet street. It is definitely NOT walking distance from the beach, so plan on driving or renting a golf cart. Screened in porch was great, as we could enjoy being outside without getting devoured by mosquitoes. Each of the rooms with two beds has one good mattress and one bad one so get there early to call dibs. I would definitely rent here again.

Great getaway

We were a bit concerned about the house neighboring a small motel but it never was a problem during our long weekend stay. The property was really nice , the pool was conveniently located and even though the houses are pretty close to each other we didn't have any problems with noise. The kitchen is well equipped as well.

Neat cottage

This was a sweet little cottage, with plenty of space. It has a tidy kitchen with necessary items and enough linens and beds for our family of 6. We were allowed to bring our dog too, which made a huge difference. Our only complaint was that the floors had not been cleaned when we arrived, and they were dirty enough that we needed to sweep them ourselves. The house was otherwise clean. Maybe the cleaning crew just forgot to sweep that one time. We would go back.
