Beachview is a charming condo located in the Sea Breeze Complex on the 3rd floor overlooking the incredible pool area complete with a hot tub and outdoor shower. Enjoy beautiful views of sunrises, palm trees and scenic landscaping while relaxing on the outdoor furniture with your morning coffee or a cold beverage. You can catch glimpses of ships coming by as they enter and exit the channel near the jetty. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals with Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, (*No Dishwasher*) both a drip and pod coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the wooden table with seating for four or play a friendly game of cards. Your body will thank you for the much-needed rest on the King bed coupled with nightstands, the perfect area to charge your devices during the night. Hang up your clothes in the handy nook area across from the bed or lay your suitcase on the luggage rack provided. The bathroom is appointed with a raised bowl sink, separate from the tub/shower so couples or small families can get ready at the same time. The cozy couch is a great place to unwind while watching movies on the wall-mounted TV. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and cable is available. No pets are allowed, and no smoking inside the property. A laundry facility is on the premises as well as an elevator for access to all floors. Hands down, one of the favorite condos for my wife and I to stay in town! Room was great, view and balcony - great, bed was comfortable. It was clean and the perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the beach Pier. Also, life in paradise as a property manager was easy to work with. Can’t wait to come back!

Hands down, one of my new favorite places to stay in town! Room was great, view and balcony - great, bed was comfortable.. it was clean and the perfect location! Walking distance to restaurants and bars.. we rented a golf cart for the beach. Also, life in paradise as a property manager was fantastic! Can’t wait to come back!

First time to Port Aransas and we LOVED IT! Will be better prepared as to what to have for the beach but the condo was a perfect place to stay! So close to the beach very convenient. The only thing is the wait for restaurants! 2 hours or more so I would suggest planning your night out and feeding yourself at the condo. The pool was really nice too here at Sea Breeze. We definitely will be returning. Thank You!

The condo was amazing. Check in was easy. The condo was very clean and super comfortable. I would totally stay here again. It is a great location. Walk to bars and restaurants. You can walk to the beach. Took about 10 minutes. We had a golf cart for 2 days so got to drive the rest of the time. The pool was very nice. Cool and refreshing. Had easy access to someone just a text away. Always responded quickly. We had no issues at all, just a very nice and relaxing weekend. And the AC worked great.

We really enjoyed our stay, we were two adults and two toddlers. The hosts are very thoughtful, as evidenced by the presence of coffee filters and a keurig. Additionally, the room was tastefully decorated and clutter free. All the amenities were easily accessible, we walked to the beach daily we had no need for golf carts. Thanks for the great experience.

Was able to book a last minute holiday weekend trip at this location and was worried it would be too small but it was perfect for my family of four, even with two teenagers. The room was ready on time and was very clean. Great location close to the beach and restaurants. It wasn’t crowded or loud, great area of the island to stay at.

Old Town near restaurants and beach

Great walkable location to the beach, fishing pier and restaurants. Easy check in/out process through Life in Paradise. Everything in the condo looked clean and new. We enjoyed the relaxing view of the dunes and water, which was an added bonus to already being in town. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Definitely our future go to place when vacationing in Port A.

We had a great experience staying at Beachview. Check in was so easy and we were allowed in our room by noon. The pool was great, room was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Def. needs a little updating, but it’s just where we slept al not a big deal! We would absolutely come back and stay here. The location was PERFECT! Walking distance to all the good bars and restaurant, and so close to the beach.

We spent a week in this Port Aransas apartment and enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful - a couple of minutes drive to the beach and walking distance to a variety of restaurants. The management people were very helpful.

Our Port A Stay

The customer service was fantastic. The property was OK, but a bit on the pricey side. But the view of and access to the beach made it worth it. A key reason we chose this rental was for the hot tub, which broke during our stay. We were incredibly disappointed by that.

Renting through Life in Paradise Rentals was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and professional. This was a much better experience than past VRBO Rental experiences. The condo is in a great location - beach views and next door to some of Port A's best restaurants. The walk to the beach is doable (we did it every day) although I expect that most people probably choose to drive. The condo itself was good for the price and mostly clean with the exception of the floor. We removed our shoes upon entering the unit and were immediately rewarded with black feet with no mop to be found so that we could correct the problem ourselves.

Check in was very easy. The condo was clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable, linens were clean. Nice new appliances in the kitchen area. The couch in the pictures is smaller than it looks and hard as a rock to sit on for a long period of time.

Perfect location, clean room and friendly/helpful staff. Kind of pricey, but it was peek season. Have to say the bed in our room was so comfy, wish I knew what kind of mattress that was. Will probably stay there again.
