This beautifully designed retreat features a well-lit, open-concept floor plan spread across two inviting levels, perfect for family vacations or a relaxing escape with friends.
 As you enter the first level, you'll be greeted by a cozy living area adorned with a decorative fireplace, perfect for setting the mood during your stay. Enjoy movie nights or catch the big game on the smart TV, enhanced by Sonos speakers for an immersive sound experience. The space offers ample seating, including a comfortable sofa that conveniently folds out into a queen bed, along with a cozy twin daybed.
 The culinary enthusiast will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless Bosch appliances. From the microwave, convection oven, and griddle to the blender, pressure cooker, toaster, and wine/beverage fridge, this kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Step outside to the spacious patio, where you can savor dinner under the stars on the dining table and chairs or unwind in the outdoor lounge chairs while soaking up the Port A sunshine. A convenient half bath completes this level for added comfort.
 Venture to the second level, where you'll discover two spacious full-size bedrooms, each featuring its own ensuite bath for added privacy and comfort. A stackable washer and dryer on this level ensures that you can effortlessly keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay.

  • Trailers/boats are not allowed on the property.  Violation of this could result in it being towed.
  • Minimum age to rent is 25
  • Sunflower Beach Resort is a growing community w/ active construction Mon – to Friday 7 am to 7 pm
  • Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID checked upon check-in.

This was a great location and beautiful home for our first experience as winter Texans! We had a golf cart which made getting to the beach & town super easy. Loved the heated pool, golf course next door, grill and nice patio. Would have liked a full size oven as well as the grill just because we like to cook and eat at home. Kitchen offered everything we needed to do that as well.
