  • Kids area w/ books, games & TV located at the pool pavilion
  • Golf Cart Rentals
  • Chair and Umbrella rentals
  • Turtle's Poolside Grill  
  • Shared Propane Grill located next to the condo building
  • Resort Events
  • Trailers/boats are not allowed on the property.  Violation of this could result in it being towed.
  • Minimum age to rent is 25
  • Sunflower Beach Resort is a growing community w/ active construction Mon – to Friday 7 am to 7 pm
  • Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID checked upon check-in.

Cute little rental perfect for 2. Pet friendly great for our little pugs. Owners also provided treats, doggie bags and bowls for food and water. They also had plenty of paper towels and extras in the house that most owners do not leave.
