  • BR2 Bunk Full over Queen, TV, ensuite bath w/ walk-in shower, single vanity (this bedroom has to be accessed from the outdoor patio stairs)

  • 2 Huge resort-style pools (1 family-friendly & 1 adult only) – Hours: Sunrise to 10 pm
  • State of the art gym
  • Boardwalk to the beach w/ golf cart access (Mile Marker 28)

  • Golf Cart Rentals
  • Chair and Umbrella rentals
  • Turtle's Poolside Grill

  • Trailers/boats are not allowed on the property.  Violation of this could result in it being towed.
  • Sunflower Beach Resort is a growing community w/ active construction Mon – to Friday 7 am to 7 pm
  • Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID checked upon check-in.

The Palm was perfect for us! My tween girls loved having their own space upstairs. Had everything they needed and the main floor had a wonderful open floor plan with beautiful master bedroom and bathroom. They front staff is always super friendly and helpful. We love coming to Sunflower Beach. We plan to book again this summer. Thank you so much!! and having cabana chairs and umbrellas to rent for our time at the beach was an added bonus!

Very nice accommodations, very well stocked with appliances, dishes and cooking utensils for a long term stay. Bed was comfortable. very convenient to beach. Heated Pool was good. only negatives were the bed squeaks and creaks badly when you roll over, and the small windows above the large windows have no shades on them, the security lights outside pour light into the apartment at night. beyond that, very nice.
