Stunning new home w/ 8 bedrooms / Sleeps 22 / Resort Pool and Ocean Views
 
 Located in charming Sunflower Beach, the Emerald is a sleek modern-coastal oasis! This 3 -story luxury rental features 8 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, and fabulous outdoor gathering spaces with breathtaking ocean views. With easy beach access and literally steps away from the 2 resort style pools, you can be sure that your vacation will be worry free at the Emerald.

 Upon entering the first floor, guests are greeted by an over-sized entry area/mudroom equipped with plenty of storage and hooks to hang your beach towels, and a laundry room with 2 sets of washers/dryers. Just down the hall awaits the first guest bedroom, featuring 1 queen bed and a private ensuite bath. Moving further into the home, your kiddos will love the second guest room, which boasts two plush Twin over Twin bunks (four twin beds total), a sleeper sofa, Mortal Kombat video game, a T.V. and its own ensuite bath!  Steps away is the 3rd bedroom located on the first floor, featuring a king bed and ensuite bath.
 
Three master bedrooms with private balconies await your arrival on the 2nd floor. All featuring a king or queen bed, ensuite bathroom and TV.

Head up to the third floor where the chef in your family will love the gas stove, double oven and all the top-of-the-line appliances in the kitchen! Take advantage of the electric grill with a view, located on the balcony. The dining table, Livingroom, half bath and 7th guest room (boasting a queen bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower) are also located on this level.
 When you’re ready to take a break, grab your favorite cocktail and head out to the over-sized balcony, where you will enjoy the ocean breeze.  At The Emerald, you will find ample seating perfect for your family gatherings!

Carriage House
Steps from the main house on the second floor, your guests will enjoy the privacy of the carriage house without feeling disconnected from the rest of the party in the main home. Featuring a private balcony, queen bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen and washer/dryer, your guests will have everything they need in the coziness of the carriage house!
The Emerald house also has a Tesla Car charger in the garage for your use at no charge!

We had an amazing family beach trip! Our family of 20 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the house. The Emerald provided a perfect ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms so everyone had an adequate level of privacy…no waiting! The views of the coast from the back house decks were stunning and the property sits right next to all of the fun amenities which is perfect for big families. This beautiful large home sits at the perfect location and will ensure you have the most awesome vacation…we definitely recommend it!

We had a fabulous multi-family vacation in this premium three-story beach mansion overlooking the gorgeous Port Aransas sugar-sand shore.The house is meticulously clean and decorated with style and heart. The gourmet kitchen is the masterpiece of this house allowing us to spend quality time to cook and dine together. Moreover, what else could compare to having loved ones and friends to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of rum-on-rocks while looking out at the magnificent sunrises and sunsets from the oversized balconies on three sides of the house. For those who love building sandcastles, flying kites, or simply doing nothing under the sun, the beach is right there. After taking a dip in the ocean, you might want to jump into the full sized swimming pool splashing each other and then relaxing in the equally large heated massage pool to wind down the day. The house has 6 or 7 en-suites, I can't count them up; plus a garage apartment, and each room has an internet multi-media TV, one of my daughters is a Swiftie while I myself am a forever Springsteenite, and everyone can have their own personal enjoyment, what a lovely consideration! There is an in-house elevator for those who might have spent too time on the beach.Last but not least, the owner is extremely helpful to guide us the way and share a few tips about nearby State Parks for a unique birding experiences, and local seafood restaurants.The check in-n-out process is silky smooth. We definitely would come back another time. We recommend this property without reserve.

My family stayed for a weekend in this beachfront house. The experience was unbearable. The view, furniture, elevator, even the comfortable mattresses all exceeded my expectations by miles. This is literally a mansion with upscale furniture. I really like the fact that the owner put a lot of thought into making the stay more like home. The kitchen has more than enough utensils, silverware, and dining wares. Next to the pool is a huge plus. Just open the side gate and go to the pool. One feature I really like is the extra apartment above the garage. It provides so much privacy, and one couple and their kids stayed there, and the space is big enough to be comfortable. I highly recommend this house and will absolutely book the same house for our family vacation in Port Aransas.

Our recent stay in Port Aransas was an absolute delight!  The ocean views were breathtaking, and we were spoiled by the fabulous outdoor spaces. The kids were over the moon with their entertainment-packed room!  We left "The Emerald" with hearts full of gratitude and memories we'll treasure forever.
