This stunning 3-bedroom; 3.5-bath townhome; has amazing views from the rooftop deck. As you enter this home; you are greeted by the first-floor bunk room fit for your smaller travelers. This room has its own ensuite bath that offers a shower; tub combo to soak after a day of playing in the sun! As you make your way to the second floor; you will find the beautifully decorated living room with plenty of seating for all to relax. As you make your way thru you will enter the kitchen and dining area. This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meal. With two benches at the dining table, you can comfortably seat eight: with three additional seats at the bar. Working remotely? The nook on this floor is the perfect place to get some work done without missing out on any fun. The king suite has a very comfortable mattress for a soft place to land at the end of the day. The ensuite bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling tile shower and double vanity. Across the hall is the Queen suite with equally gorgeous décor and a large flat-screen TV. This ensuite bath also offers floor-to-ceiling tile and a view out of the shower window. Arriving on the third floor; you will find a comfortable reading nook; with plush pillows and a TV. The fridge and commercial ice maker are PERFECT for entertaining on the rooftop deck. The views you will find when walking out on the deck are one in a million. Good Vibes is waiting for you to make amazing coastal memories! The property also offers a private boardwalk to the beach; a beach umbrella set-up and two community pools. One for the entire family as well as an adult-only pool located behind the main community pool. **Port Aransas and Sunflower Beach Resort are all developing areas, and you will encounter construction during your stay.

Great end-of-summer family vacation! Wife and I, were able to enjoy Good Vibes with her brother, SIL, and their two kids. We had plenty of room with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. Loved the proximity to the golf course and beach access road!

We loved our stay at Good Vibes! What a beautifully appointed and comfortable home! We would have happily stayed many more days. We rented a golf cart to make transportation to the beach and town super simple. Sunflower Beach is quiet and peaceful but close to all of the action. The townhome really was perfect. Be sure to bring coffee, spices, olive oil, beach towels - all easy to get in town. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We'll be back!

Great property well maintained! Might want to switch out the door locks, I couldn't get them to lock. Which says a lot since im an engineer lol. I was unaware of the need to pack up the trash and start the dishes as I was not keeping up with all the emails/txts. Overall great experience, will be back!
