Beach Please! is a newly remodeled ground-floor townhome near the beach in the Safe Harbor development. With bright colorful décor throughout, this home has accommodations of two bedrooms and two bathrooms that sleep eight. The fully equipped kitchen has spacious granite countertops, decorative backsplash, new stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, basic pots, pans, utensils, and dishes to enjoy your stay, worry-free. The large dining table offers seating for eight to enjoy meals or for a friendly game of cards. There is additional adjacent seating for three at the bar. The living room is maximized for your vacation comfort. The couch (which folds out into a Queen sleeper sofa) and loveseat are adorned with plush pillows to make yourself comfortable while watching the wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the covered patio while taking in the ocean breeze or cook the day's catch on the charcoal grill. The guest bedroom (BR1) is furnished with two sets of custom built-in Twin bunk beds, a nightstand, TV, closet, chest for your beach attire, and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. The full hallway bathroom has a granite vanity top and a tiled tub/shower to clean up after a day at the beach. The master bedroom (BR2) has a king-sized bed, nightstands, luggage rack, TV, and chest. The large ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and pebble tile shower with a bench and glass doors.  The shared pool is only 200 feet from the door and offers a shallow play pool for small children in addition to the larger pool. This home is 0.6 miles from the beach and 1.4 miles from shops, restaurants, and bars. Book now to come and relax at this lovely home located near the Texas Gulf Coast.

My husband and I took our son and 2 of his friends for his 16th birthday. Great location!! Short golf cart drive to beach and close to town! House was fully furnished! When we first arrived we could not get the AC to kick on. Maintenance arrived within 10 min and had unit running in no time! We highly recommend this property! We will be back!

Beautiful townhouse, perfect for families with children. The kids loved the bunk beds. It was comfortable, clean. We were short on the number of towels and wash cloths that were listed as provided in the binder, the only thing that effected us was being short on wash cloths because we had brought several towels with us and washed and dried them all every night. Our only complaint was the pool and pool area were quite dirty. The trash can was over flowing, trash blowing into the pool, dirty diaper by the fence, and the pool was full of sand. Life in paradise doesn't control the pool as they are just the rental company but after I let them know they were trying ingredients to get ahold of the HOA to get it cleaned. They have wonderful customer service.
