This coastal home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps 12. Casa Titos is a house newly built in 2018 and is on Station Street. Great outdoor area created for entertaining and cooking out. The area has an outdoor fire pit, pool table, and other games for you and your friends to enjoy  This home is just minutes to the beach. You will be close to shopping, dining, the marina and much more.

Casa Titos has an open living, kitchen and dining concept that provides plenty of space and entertainment for your whole group.  There is a large flat-screen TV in the living area. A great space for family entertainment after a day on the beach.  The dining table seats 10 and 3 at the breakfast bar. The modern kitchen is fully stocked and has all the necessities for the cooks in your group including a Keurig coffee maker. This home is furnished with comfortable, coastal decor. There is a  master suite (BR1) with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second (BR2) and third (BR3) bedroom contain queen beds in each and the fourth (BR4) bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds.  All bedrooms have mounted flat-screen TVs.

Condo was beautiful, spacious and clean!! The pictures online of this condo do not show the true beauty, it’s beautiful in person! If you are a pillow person, bring extra pillows the king bed only had 2. Also, Bring hand soap and dish soap! Other than that, we will definitely rent this condo again in the future!

This property is one of the best on the island! It's conveniently close to everything but not on the main street which means it is very quiet at night. The house is beautiful inside and out. The beds are all comfortable and accommodated all 9 of our guests perfectly; including our little fur babies! All of the TVs work great; which has always been an issue at the VRBOs in PortA. The internet was even working! The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped/stocked as well. Now the best part...the downstairs pool area is fantastic! We hung out there every evening after a day at the beach. It was perfect! I highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

This house is big, spacious and well equipped. The heated pool was great for the grandkids and the outdoor space was very nice. The beds are comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. We loved having the golf cart! The refrigerator is huge but the ice maker does not work. Kitchen is well stocked. The washer and dryer are large which was great The only suggestions I have is the pillows need to be replaced, blankets are needed for the beds and the floors in closets and around/under the furniture need a thorough cleaning. Also it would be nice if there was a larger or second hot water heater or a tankless hot water heater.

My family really enjoyed this rental. We go every summer and stay at different rentals each time, but this was our favorite so far. The house was clean and spacious. The pool and outdoor area was awesome. Convenient location to the beach and restaurants and shopping. Communication with the hosts was easy, as well.

If you are looking for a house with plenty of outdoor space and enough room for a family/couple of friends, then this is the place! I like the open living/kitchen area and that the rooms are all in the back of the house. You can play games/watch tv without waking someone up. The pool is perfect for lounging and taking a break from the beach. We didn't use the TV it we were able to have put music at a decent level without disturbing the neighbors. We dove our own trucks to the beach, but you can rent the golf carts if wanted. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this oasis.

The service at Life in Paradise was exceptional! They were prompt and friendly and easy to work with. Casa Tito's was the perfect home for our family! We most loved the heated pool for family time! The pool table and outdoor firepit were also fun! It was a perfect fit for our family of 7 and we would highly recommend it.

Wonderful house with lots of room, plenty of cookware and tons of things to do. Just needs a little attention to a few maintenance issues, such as bathroom sink and tub not draining. Keurig coffee maker wouldn't work because needed to be descaled. Rug needed vacuuming. The grill hadn't been cleaned, but the maintenance company sent someone to clean it to first evening and to vacuum the rug.

I'm so happy I booked the casa Titos house. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful property. We had a issue with one of the lamps not working when we arrived and they came out to fix it in less than 30 min. Im definitely recommending this property to friends and family. It was a extra special place because I actually got engaged during our stay :)

Loved the house. We enjoyed the pool. Nice covered setting area, next To the pool. We didn’t take our dog, but would have been a nice fenced in yard for a doggy. The house across the street was hard to look at. Enjoyed eating out at Fins & Virginia’s. Liked the fact that the 1 car we had was under the house & not in the sun.

We had an amazing time staying at this lovely rental home. It had all the perfect touches and was very inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with items we needed to cook, etc. Overall, the house was very clean and well kept. The pool was crystal clear and we enjoyed the outdoor patio area and fire pit. Short walk to the beach as well. Definitely would stay here again!!!

The house was perfect size for a group of 9 and a dog! Very clean and cozy. The outdoor space was perfect and we spent the majority of our stay there! Kitchen had everything we needed.

Great time in a great place. Only tiny issue was the electrical issue mentioned in earlier reviews. Light switch in one of the rooms controlled portion of the front room lighting. A little annoyance but all was great! :)

The outdoor space was wonderful. Our guys love using the pool table. The inside of the home was update and all household items were on hand. I would suggest the cleaning crew do a little more sweeping when cleaning. It was really a lovely place.

We had 7 people total and there was still plenty of room. Loved that it smelled clean when we walked in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable. LOVED the outdoor space downstairs. That's where we spent a lot of our time at night. Playing pool and the kids watching movies on the TV.The only issue, which we left on the comment card, was that the controls in one of the bedrooms also controlled the living room lights. We weren't in the living room much so it wasn't that big of a deal to us. It's about a 5 min golf cart drive to the beach which was great. Close to everything in town.

Our first family vacation was a success! Beautiful interior, “white glove” clean and very comfortable for a large family. We absolutely loved the entertainment areas outside.

Great house with lots of fun for the kids

We stayed at Casa Tito's and it was great. They have a pool table, Swings for the kids and a TV outside with a fire pit and lots of seating. 3 showers inside and one out was a great feature. We only had issues with the lights, The remotes that 1 change the speed setting on the fans and lights worked on the other fixtures in the house So when someone trying to turn on one light another 1 would go off in the other Room. Also the trash can was full when we arrived, Andy trash did not run the entire 4 day stay so at the end of our trip we had to place trash outside of the been. Luckly the neighbor next door was nice enough to let us put some of our trash in her bin.

Life in Paradise is a great place to rent from. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We use them every year. This was our first stay at Casa Titos and loved it. Perfect indoor space, great bedroom sizes and open living space. The outdoor area made the nights a blast! we will be back next year.
