Studio Sea is a newly constructed adorable home located near town decorated with beach cottage decor. Upon entry to the house there’s an instant sense of cozy and calm as you walk through the living room area with comfortable sofa sleeper, chairs, a large screen TV, cable and Wifi. The full kitchen is well equipped with all you will need for preparing that special meal for your family and/or friends. It features a gas top stove, stainless steel appliances, beautiful counter tops, & led track lighting. The dining area has seating for 8. Both bedrooms are just down the hallway. The master bedroom (BR1) offers a king bed, flat screen TV. The en-suite master bath is equipped with a modern tile shower with sliding glass door. The second bedroom (BR2) has a set of twin bunk beds and a full bed along with a flat screen TV. For your convenience the stack-able washer and dryer combo is located just off the kitchen tucked neatly in a closet. There is a spacious, covered,  outdoor patio with evening shade and a picnic table that is perfect for grilling on the provided charcoal grill. The backyard is fully enclosed and fenced for your privacy. Pets are considered, perfect with the enclosed yard. Large driveway for Boat or RV parking. This home has everything on the checklist for for a fantastic, fun-filled getaway close to shops and restaurants and a 3 minute ride to the beach.

We have been staying at various places in Port A for 16 years. This was by far the best place we have stayed. Everyone at Life In Paradise was great to work with, particularly Michelle. Pet friendly and our Goldens were happy to have a large yard. The patio & BBQ area was amazing. The house was clean & well stocked. The second bedroom with the bunk bed & full bed would probably be better for children. We will definitely be back….if they aren’t booked!!!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and everything was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, we loved the fact that we could put our golf cart trailer in the back yard so nobody could steal it. The complimentary chairs were awesome to have. The temperature in the house was good and bed in the master was very comfortable. Honestly cannot think of anything negative about our stay. The home was decorated well and roomy. The inside of the house was clean, the outdoor furniture could have used a good cleaning. The Life In Paradise customer service rep, Katie, was extremely helpful with answering questions etc. A few FYI's: The house is on a busy corner, so when it's a weekend, there's constant traffic out front, no washing machine detergent is provided, there is no ice machine on the refrigerator and no ice trays in the home and there were stains on the spare bedroom's pillowcase and comforter. Overall, it was a nice stay and a convenient location.

We have stayed here before and always enjoy the house. Upon arrival, the house wasn't cooling but they were quick to come fix it. The house is a great size for our family of 5, we enjoy the large backyard, outside shower and love the porch. I did have to wash some comforters/towels because of stains and wasn't as clean as I would have liked when we arrived but overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

This was our second time staying here at studio sea. We enjoyed our stay as much as we did the first time. The unit is the right size for our family and we love that we can to the restaurants and just about anywhere from there. The house was clean and had all is well stocked. We took advantage of using VayK gear and made the trip even easier. It was nice having all our beach stuff already waiting for us and didn't have to worry about bringing anything with us. We will be booking another stay at studio sea ASAP. Booking through life in paradise is probably the easiest Ute we have used and their communication with check in I outstanding.

We had an amazing time at the home we rented. It was clean, quiet, and in a great location for a quick stroll to the beach, which we did almost daily. We love to vacation in Port A and will definitely reach out to Life In Paradise first next time!

This rental property is amazing. Everything about it was exactly as listed. The big backyard with a privacy fence is perfect for just hanging out, however we preferred to sit on the front porch and wave to all of the people enjoying the beach life. The property was clean and contained all of the amenities needed. We definitely will return for a longer visit next time.

Great mini vacation. The cottage is right in town and perfect for walking to restaurants and stores. We are already planning on renting this place for our anniversary in October. The bedrooms are great size and the backyard is huge. I would definitely recommend staying here. The house has a cool little history dating back from the 60's.

We loved the rental house. It was extremely comfortable and close to everything in town and the beach. Would absolutely stay here again (and plan to next year!). We couldn't ask for more in a vacation rental (other than a pool! Haha!

The location is very close to shopping and restaurants, it’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach, and is located on a busy corner traffic wise. Book it, you’ll be glad you did!

This was an amazing condo at the corner of station street & it had everything! Its own backyard, shower outside, charcoal grill, a deck. Loved the picnic tables also. Inside full kitchen, & the washer & dryer is a welcome bonus. Very clean & a great stay! We will book again for sure!

This home was in a great location, with quick access to everything, and in a pretty quiet street. The home itself was spotless! It is newer, and all the finishes were quality and beautiful. Washer and dryer on site, plenty of seating for meals, well stocked kitchen to cook a meal. They really thought of everything, would recommend this property to anyone! We had 4 children with us, and everyone for wonderfully with the bunk bed and full in the second room. Nothing but good things to say. Property management was helpful, and has made the check in/out process extremely easy too.

This house was the perfect size for our stay. Very up to date and overall just awesome. It was easy to find, and get in and out of. It's also close to many entrances to the beach, as well as local shops. 10/10!

We absolutely loved this house. Not only is it brand new, it is immaculate and ADORABLE. The design and finishes are awesome. Plus, the location is ideal for Port A. Just blocks from the beach, restaurants and shopping. We will be back!
