Conveniently located two blocks from the beach, Sebo Seaside is a beautifully remodeled home with many high-end upgrades and a neutral coastal décor throughout. The entire first floor is comprised of an open-concept living and dining space. The chic living room is detailed with a grey palette and white shiplap walls. Relax on the sofa and accent chairs with ottomans around the 50” flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Practice your culinary skills in the updated kitchen with spacious quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Gather for meals at the formal dining table with seating for six and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Off of the kitchen, is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The downstairs full bathroom is at the bottom of the staircase with a large vanity sink and tile shower.
Venture upstairs where you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The master suite (BR1) is outfitted with a King bed and a 42” flat-screen wall-mounted TV, nightstands, and a built-in window seat, perfect for reading a book. The ensuite master bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower with tile accents and a glass enclosure. The bunk room (BR2) has two Twin over Twin bunk beds, a closet, and a wall-mounted TV. The guest room (BR3) has a queen-sized bed, nightstands, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The adjacent shared hallway bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. Walk out onto the screened-in balcony which has partial ocean views, a ping-pong table, and ample seating for evening gatherings or afternoon naps.
Sebo Seaside offers a private oasis in front of the home with a resort-style pool, a shaded patio with an outdoor table for dining, a wooden swing, a charcoal grill, and plenty of loungers for soaking up the sun beside the pool. This home is just 2 blocks from the beach and 0.3 miles from shops and restaurants.

The location is great! The home was clean, the pool was so nice and had all the amenities necessary for a real relaxing vacation. This is the house I want to stay in each time I travel to Port Aransas. The house came with a golf cart so that was convenient and provided extra fun cruising the beach and going to the souvenir shops. The Chapel in the Dunes was a little hard to find but we did it!

Sebo Seaside met and exceeded my expectations. We appreciated the convenient nearby beach location, fully stocked kitchen, super comfty mattresses, ping pong table equipped, screened in deck, heated pool (my fav), golf cart ready, and poolside chairs. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful beach house!! The only downside was that I was unable to bring my dog. We have a 7 pound toy poodle who typically travels with me and I was dissappointed that he was unable to accompany me on this trip. Again, thank you for sharing your home and we had an amazing time there and created great memories. ~Leanne

It was my wife's birthday and we decided to go back to Port A. We have used Life in Paradise before and have always been satisfied with their services and staff. As usual we were not disappointed with Sebo or their amenities. It was close to the beach and all the restaurants. The pool was a good place to relax after a day at the beach. We will go back and use Life in Paradise again.

This house/location was awesome. House had everything we needed to cook with plus extras. Pool was beautiful! Life in Paradise was a dream to rent from, from answering all my questions to turning up the heat in the pool super quick, to the fantastic golf cart that was there at the property, we didn't have to pick up or drop off. Our whole stay was by far the most relaxing. Can't wait for the next house.

Bathtub drain

Had a wonderful time. The only issue is that the tub in the small upstairs bathroom doesn’t drain. Same issue last year. Otherwise we love the place. We’ll be back, but please fix the drain.

We stayed at Sebo Seaside July 10-14, 2021. We had an awesome time and hope to stay there again next year. The home had everything we needed, the swimming pool was perfect, and the location was wonderful. We also enjoyed the ping pong table that was added after our stay in 2020. Life in Paradise had our golf cart ready for use at the house and any questions I asked of them were answered promptly. I am already looking forward to next summer.

We had a great time visiting Port Aransas and staying in this vacation home. Great location, patios and pool were nice. Easy to get around. Had issues with electricity the first evening and maintenance drove to the house quickly and contacted the city, who then came out within an hour to fix the problem at the pole. All good after that.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sebo, it was clean, close to the beach and had a cart for 24 hours. We were thrilled at how well the staff was informative, friendly and willing to make our stay enjoyable. We have already told our friends about Life in Paradise and our great experience. Sebo Seaside was the perfect home for our Christmas escape this year. The home is very well kept, clean and easily accessed. We love having the back patio to pull around to and the living space was very spacious with lots of natural light. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with three full bathrooms, one downstairs. With no stairs needed to get into the main floor, this all made for easy access for all family members. The pool was beautiful and clean, even in the winter, and we can't wait to come back when it is warmer to enjoy it! Thank you for the use of your wonderful home!

One note: there is currently construction happening next door on new condos. This was not an issue at all with noise over the weekend, it did get a little noisy on Monday. The house is such an escape that this wouldn't distract me from renting again.

Awesome, spacious beach house! Well decorated and plenty of towels for the beach, huge screened in upstairs patio which was my favorite place to hang out. Walked 2 blocks to beach, can walked to shops and dining too! Will be back again!
